ENJOY -------------------- Katherine Packard-Kavell sighed as she got into bed. It had been a long day at work, at home and also at Tim's school. A long day at work because she had a big birthday party she was catering and she and her team had to bake hundreds of cupcakes. She hated doing things at the last minute and so she had pushed her staff so they could work harder and faster.

Kate POV “I Challenge Katelyn Adams for the Alpha title of the Golden Moon Pack!”. I couldn’t believe what I had heard. It was resonating through my mind, without fully comprehending. Looking into the crowd I wait for the voice to come forward. It’s familiar but with the crowd who jumped up loudly the voice was lost in the crowd.

“She tracks my location. She knows my heart rate variability. If I pulse too high, she’ll text me asking if I’m in a firefight.” “She won’t know,” I had promised, lying through my teeth. “Because we’re going to use her greatest weakness against her.” “Which is?” “Her need to fix other people’s mistakes. It was a Tuesday afternoon. I was sitting in Katherine’s office at Platinum Events, pretending to look at fabric swatches for the Foundation’s upcoming gala. Katherine was currently yelling at a florist in Paris over the phone. “No, Jean-Pierre. I said dusty rose. That is Pepto-Bismol pink. If you send those peonies, I will personally fly there and replant them in your garden. Au revoir.”

I stood up, my heart beginning a slow, heavy thud in my ears. "CONVICTED MURDERER KATHERINE ROBINSON FOUND DEAD IN CELL." I moved closer to the screen, my breath hitching. A grainy photo of Katherine, the woman who had helped Richard ruin my life stared back at me. "Reports coming in from the state penitentiary confirm that Katherine Robinson was found unresponsive early this morning," the news anchor said, her voice clinical and cold. "Sources say she was stabbed with a dagger repeatedly in her cell, during a fight with one of the inmates. Katherine was serving a life sentence for the murder of Eleanor Blackwood and her involvement in Hawthorne's In-laws crimes..."

If these words are read, know that I am not innocent… I reread it. Not innocent. My stomach tightened. So Katherine wasn’t just a victim in her own story. She was warning… but also confessing. That made her more interesting. More dangerous. And that made me more afraid. I kept reading, slower now, as if speed might set off alarms. She wrote about a child. The lines weren’t full details—more like edges of memories. A pregnancy. A shift. A husband’s attention is moving away from her.

It was a news alert that read, "Parker Group's Northwest Branch Doubles in Performance, Manager Katherine Hale Named Manager of the Year." A photo of Katherine at work was attached to the article. She was standing on the project grounds, her skin tanned from exposure to the sun, and she seemed to be in high spirits. She was all alone with no Mark or anyone else around her. Only the bright blue sky and the dusty ground surrounded her. I locked my phone and went back inside. Alice was cutting some fruit. When she saw me coming in, she handed me a strawberry. As I ate, she asked, "Is it sweet?"

Inside was a brand new Apple Macbook laptop, the power Cord neatly rolled up beside the laptop. The first thing that came to Katherine's mind was writing. She'd wanted a laptop for a long time now so that she could do homework and work on her writing. A wave of excitement rushed through Katherine as she untied the power cord and plugged it in, turning to dig through the box for whatever else it might hold.

and turned the screen toward me. "I found three possibilities," she said, pointing at her screen. "One is Katherine Williams, a famous athlete who dated a British royal. Another is Katherine Astor, daughter of some tech billionaire who's known for her designer bag collection." "And the third?" I asked, my heart beating faster. "Katherine Sinclair." "Who's Katherine Sinclair?" I leaned closer, trying to see the screen. "Let me check..." Hazel scrolled through the page and then clicked on a photo attachment. "Boom. Got a picture."

Life always gave you different choices and paths to choose, amend or make and it all depends on you how you were going to use those choices or amend in your life. Katherine Richards, A business woman used those choices perfectly in her life. From getting revenge on her ex-husband for tormenting her and the silent abuse her son went through that was her last strings of patience and made her play a hidden game with her enemies. Daniel Cruz made a choice to choose Lilian over her and when they welcomed their child right after the birth of Alden. That urked her.

Lucifer said quietly, gesturing round. “This is very beautiful,” Katherine said. “You're most welcome.” Katherine smiled and felt heartwarming. She inhaled every flower and touched her heart as she read the cute little notes. “Aww this is so sweet. I already know where I'll put the rest of the flowers. I disappear for one year and boom, my flowres are dead.” “One year?” He said. “You were gone for forever.” Katherine grinned and that was when it occured to her. She spun around, blinking. “Wait had you said Kids? Or did I imagine it?”
