ASHES OF THE LUNA QUEEN
Kael stood slowly, his face a mask of rage and grief.
“She just came back.”
Ashen nodded once, still staring at the sky. “And she’s somewhere Liora might be.”
Kael’s hands curled into fists. “Then we go after her.”
The Comma had closed, Where once a glowing silver gap hovered between realities, now only a scar remained barely visible, like a cut healing wrong beneath the skin of the sky.
Ashen approached it, raising a hand. “Don’t,” Kael warned.
Ashen placed his palm against the air where the comma had been, Nothing happened. Then, Pain. He staggered back as his skin blistered in silence, a dark sigil burning across his palm.
