You just can't be a funny doctor, nope. Doctors are genetically built to not be funny. How can you be funny and expect me to take you seriously as a doctor? After telling me jokes, you go all "Ma'am you have skin cancer." I don't know if I'm to take you seriously or laugh at another of your jokes. Doctors don't need to be funny, they need to be serious and save people, seriously.
