A new life with the millionaire

Despite being a man with his lifestyle, he was not insensitive, the very idea of having killed someone and walked away without doing anything would not let him live in peace. Mason Clark, a young millionaire of twenty-five, son of one of the best families in the city, a man not so tall, but with an enviable body, since he was only dedicated to taking care of him, his presence was the most important thing, he had straight blonde hair, with honey-colored yellow eyes and snowy skin. Better Brother, Better Life

Better Brother, Better Life

"You've lived over 50 years, Mr. Corven. Has any woman who's slept with you ever said you look like a toothpick?" Liam had weathered plenty of storms in life, so he didn't get angry. "You've got personality, Ms. Stanton. I like it. Stick with me, and I'll give you five million dollars a month. How's that?" "That's all? If you could put 50 billion on the table, I might think for a couple of seconds before refusing you." "I guess Gideon Blackwood is giving you even more." "Someone as vile and twisted as you isn't even worthy of saying Mr. Blackwood's name!" After cursing him out, Phoebe turned on her heel and left, looking steely-faced.

Her Life He Wrote

Her Life He Wrote

On a rocking chair, I rested down and sought ways to entertain myself. Earlier, the violinists were burnt out waiting for the event to start. They were asking questions that even I had no answer to. However, I told them to remain still for a few more minutes, but it was getting late, and their families would be looking for them. "Sir, we have no choice left but to leave-" I rose from my seat and charged at one of the violinists who spoke. "Shit! I said you wait! She is coming!" Then, I cornered him against the wall.

The Billionaire’s Atonement

The Billionaire’s Atonement

Mason Jenkins chuckled loudly as he ordered another round of dried-gin margaritas from the bartender, “You know if I knew you were going to be such a sour plum, I would’ve had you stay home.” Justin grunted in response. The loud atmosphere at the gentlemen’s club didn’t help his mood any better, but it crowded his senses enough to not think about the miserable life he was living…or Gianna. He glanced around the party, some rich oligarch from the UAE was present celebrating a birthday or something, hence the wild atmosphere and hookah bottles being passed around. Some of the women glanced his way more than once, sending him sultry glares and winks. An open invitation. They were for sure from

Life Wasn't Like This Once

Life Wasn't Like This Once

"Sebastian Chance, huh? Well, Mr. Chance, you sure are unlucky. Tell your family to transfer three million dollars over if they want you back." "Sir, I'm sorry for getting you involved in this. Don't worry, though. My girlfriend is really amazing and will definitely come rescue us!" Wilson said, his eyes shining with worship, as though Sylvia was his savior. My hands froze briefly, but I didn't respond to his words. Suddenly, the scar-faced man cursed before raising his phone and snapping, "Fuck! How dare she not believe me! It seems like I'll have to send her a little present." Tossing a knife to the ground before Wilson and me, he ordered, "Men, cut off all ten of his fingers and send them

I Gave My Life as His Engagement Gift

I Gave My Life as His Engagement Gift

The night Justin Lane proposed to his first love, I stood on the terrace of the thirty-third floor, holding a report that diagnosed me with late-stage stomach cancer. Through the windows, I watched him kneel and slide the pink diamond ring that had once belonged to me onto another woman's finger. I endured the excruciating pain and stayed out on the terrace beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows so I wouldn't disturb their beautiful moment. Then Justin saw me. There was no panic or guilt in his eyes. There was only disgust. From the other side of the glass, he sneered and pointed toward the edge of the terrace. Then, he mouthed the words to me. "If you want to jump, then jump. Enoug

Living With My Lady Boss

Living With My Lady Boss

Suddenly, an elderly voice could be heard asking, "Sir, can you spare her life for the sake of my old age?" Wilbur turned his head and saw an elderly man. The elderly man was standing in the living room, he had a black suit and a top hat. There was a butler behind him, holding a rectangular box in his hands. Wilbur glanced at the box and scoffed coldly. He loosened his grip, and the crumbled bricks and dirt fell to the floor. The unseen pressure faded, and Michelle could finally catch her breath. She seemed a mess. Wilbur stood and looked downstairs. The elderly man said politely, "Mister Penn, it's inconvenient for me. May you please come down so we can talk?"

Living with His Mark

Living with His Mark

My mind keeps flipping through the night last night and I groan as I realize I spilled my emotions to Christian. ‘Yea and he helped you to bed and didn’t even try anything.’ ‘Your right he was a gentleman last night.’ ‘You will need to thank him.’ ‘Ugh of course Liberty I will say thank you.’ ‘He also said he wants us. I know you heard him.’ ‘I heard him, of course he wants us.’ ‘Now who is being full of herself.’ ‘I meant that we are still marked. It's only natural for him to want his mate.’

I wish I read this book before I read the 2nd book because the 2nd book isn't finished and hasn't been updated in awhile. If anything can go wrong in a story, it did in this book! The author had me glued to figure out how all these twists and turns were going to work themselves out. Must read!!
