Callista’s POV~~ A WEEK LATER It is the twenty-fifth night of the ‘Alpha Moon’ Lunar Phase in the werewolf world. The lunar phase has twelve moon cycles, which mark the werewolf calendar units. There are other moon cycles like the Harvest Moon, Lupine Moon, Blood Moon, Blue Moon, Alpha Moon, and others, just to name a few. Each of these moon cycles has its own significance in our world. My father, before he died, told me I was born on the twenty-fifth night of the Alpha Moon Lunar Cycle, which means I will be celebrating my twenty-second birthday tonight. I am so excited about it.
