The Lunar Legacy

The Lunar Legacy

Stone pressed against him, his gray fur ruffled, the firedlight reflecting in his amber eyes, the clearing a sanctuary, the warmth a shared memory. The night deepened, the stars shining brightly above, the firelight crackling, the warmth of the clearing a sanctuary for their centennial celebration, the Dawn Pack’s legacy a radiant flame in the dark, their love a light that burned eternal, the Lunar Legacy a tale of victory, unity, and hope that echoed through the ages, carried forward by their descendants, the forest a timeless witness to their story.

The Twins He Never Knew

The Twins He Never Knew

to a ledger; they were the hardware for a localized electromagnetic field. "My turn," I said. I reached out, my mind connecting to the "Black Ledger" algorithm that Dr. Hestia had described. I didn't see numbers; I saw the cars. I saw the electronic ignition systems, the smart-guns, and the tactical headsets the men were wearing. Delete, I thought. The SUVs groaned. Their engines backfired and died. Smoke poured from the mercenaries’ headsets as the circuits fried, sending them screaming to the ground, clutching their ears.

THE STERLING SPARK: LEGACY OF THE BEAST

THE STERLING SPARK: LEGACY OF THE BEAST

"The old laws are dead. The Beast is gone." "Fire!" the voice on the loudspeaker commanded. I closed my eyes, waiting for the sound of bullets. But the sound never came. I opened my eyes and gasped. The soldiers were trying to pull their triggers, but they couldn't move. Their hands were frozen on their weapons. A soft, golden mist had risen from the ground, wrapping around their legs and arms like gentle vines. It wasn't hurting them; it was simply holding them still. This was the Sterling Spark. It was the power to grow, to hold, and to protect.

Archer Legacy Prophecy

Archer Legacy Prophecy

She just needed to get through this and then life would go on as normal. “I am also lycan,” she whispered out. “You all knew my father – Russell Heron. He was a great blacksmith.” There is murmuring of agreement. Most the Lycans constantly got their armory repaired by him. “And all of you I suspect are familiar with the Archer Legacy. The legendary Archer bloodline that was chosen has to slay the vampiress--”

"One thing is a little different about these than several others I've investigated. A timer was used for each fire." "Timer?" Stan Roberts, who worked the ladder truck, leaned forward. "You found evidence of it?" Dan nodded. "Whoever set this up expected them to be completely destroyed by the fires themselves. However, we found traces of the plastic used and the dials. Apparently, we were able to extinguish the blaze in that area before they melted all the way." "That means someone with a good knowledge of electronics is doing this," Hank said.

VENGEANCE

VENGEANCE

I closed the book and kept it on the nightstand. My eyes felt heavy and I closed them Heavy..... So heavy..... It was like I was carrying a stone. And I was running.... Run! But I couldn't because of the heavy rock. But I had to run... And then I was falling. Falling into an endless pit of nothingness.... Falling and falling... "Wake up!" a voice commanded. Obey... A voice whispered in my ear delicately. "Wake up!" Something cold. It was cold, so cold.

Tears filled my eyes as I closed my eyes and tried to get ahold of myself. “Hello?” Clearing my throat, I took a deep breath. “Hello, this is Vintage Classics Garage. I was told you had a part in stock I was looking to get shipped to my location.” There was a long pause on the line. “Which part you lookin’ for?” “I’m looking for an overhead valve kit for a 1954 Ford F-100.”

I was debating on giving it 4 stars because there is a lot of spelling errors. There is also a dead point but around chapter 70 it picks up speed fast. It definitely keeps you hooked with all the twists and turns. Great story line. Abrupt ending but I hope a sequel has started

I LOVED Sky’s story! Such an incredible read!!! I wish we heard where her friends/bandmates ended up but still. Praying for a second to see what happens with Heath and how Ethan (and hopefully Justin) deal with all that will be thrown at them!

Fool Me Once

Fool Me Once

"This building was never mine. It was yours, Jeffrey. A gift from Edward. What I did was. reconfigure it. Re-engineer the code. Introduce chaos into your legacy." Suddenly, an alarm sounded. Cassie turned to walk towards the console. "She's started a burn protocol!" A countdown appeared: 00:04:57 I instinctively responded, glancing at the terminal. "It's wiping out everything." Cassie swore. "There is no off-switch. It's deadman triggered." Langston's voice continued to resonate through the speakers. "You'll run. You always run. But you'll never outrun legacy. Goodbye, Jeffrey."

Blood on the Asphalt biker

Blood on the Asphalt biker

I whispered, my hands flying over the manual override switches I had installed during the rebuild. I didn't try to outrun them. I used the terrain. I spotted a jagged ridge of crystallized data a "Glitch-Spire" jutting out of the fog. I banked hard, driving the Sovereign up the vertical face of the spire. The Feral Guard tried to follow, but their hover-sleds couldn't handle the sharp incline. I reached the peak and turned the bike, looking down at them. I pulled the trigger. The shotgun didn't fire lead. It fired EMP-Slugs shells packed with condensed Origin-Code I had synthesized in the garage.

His Unwanted Wife Returned as a Boss

His Unwanted Wife Returned as a Boss

"If the sequence breaks now, the resonance in the global grid will collapse! The Feral Nodes will lose the signal!" The Line of Fire Leo and Siren took their positions at the base of the central shaft. They weren't fighting with rail-guns or high-tech pulses. They were using "Dirty Logistics"—heavy industrial welding torches and canisters of pressurized liquid nitrogen Harris had salvaged from the Sump’s old cooling system. The first Mantis-Borer dropped. It landed with a bone-shattering thud, its serrated mandibles clicking as it locked onto Leo’s heat signature. "Flash-freeze it!" Leo yelled.
