One thousand five hundred years ago, before the Fires of Alira, the great dragon kingdom of Highmire lived in unrest. The king, Sindre, was lost on what should be done. His most trusted advisors and close friends, Sixten and Lochness, found themselves in disagreement. Sindre had never witnessed the two this much at odds with one another.

The first entry is the two days after the stone went missing. March 31, 1499 There is a secret among the higher monarchs. Ten thousand years ago, the Tenth King helped aide the spirits; Willow, Nora, and Araya. They struggled with ogres and orcs poisoning the waters, ground, and trees. The spirits asked the creator of souls if it would create destined mates for dragons to thank the tenth king. At first, the creator refused but reluctantly compromised.
