He wakes 500 years later to a new world and a hunger for revenge. Taran plans to enslave humanity since dragons need their energy to power the stone. This requires Taran to find a human companion. Finding a woman named Tru, he offers her a deal. He offers her money in exchange for her help finding the stone and navigating this new time. Will Tru make Taran reconsidered enslaving humanity as revenge for stealing the stone? What will happen when Tru finds out about his plans? Can he convince her to stay his human companion, or will he lose her to the wolf, Bryan?

A big mess
TrudyWe are at the museum, and I explain things to Taran. He seems to be accepting everything well. I’m sure it’s overwhelming and confusing. He was understanding and patient with me earlier, and I hope I can give him the same sense of security.After the museum, we go to the library. On the way, we stop at a jewelry store. TrudyI wake up to the sound of the door opening. Taran walks in carrying a bag. I turn on the light and realize his nose is bleeding, he has a split lip, and his right eye is swelling. Jumping out of bed, I ask, “What happened?”He shakes his head, “I’m fine.” He’s clearly not okay.I grab the water pitcher in our room and fill it with cold water.
