After the Interior design and CAD classes, we sat in the cafeteria to pass time except for Kevin who wanted to stay back at the library, and Zack who is flirting with a girl in her 2nd year. I sat with Mandy and Reeva debating about their favorite star wars characters. While Reeva said the best star wars character is Luke Skywalker, Mandy bit her back saying Darth Vader is the best. Okay, one thing that makes Mandy pissed is praise some other star wars character than Darth Vader. She is obsessed with Anakin. Later Zack and Kevin joined us for lunch. Then we went back to our drawing class.

**FLASHBACK** Leia POV I was finishing the final touches of my look. I curled my blonde hair but pinned it back on both sides, blue jeans and a black tank top. I wasn't overly flashy and this was a human party that I decided to go to. "Leia, we really shouldn't go. We have been warned to stay inside the lands." Una nagged. "It is just for a couple hours Una, we will make an appearance and then come back home. I promise." I replied. "Just know that I do not agree with this." Una said before pushing herself to the back of my mind. I know she means well and I should probably listen but I am due for a good time. Stellar gave the file a little shake. “It’s a fake.” “What?” Gasps rippled through the group. “Looks like Christopher didn’t go all the way,” she said calmly. “He left me a way out.” If that was true, then at least he hadn’t intended to truly destroy her. “I’ll get to the bottom of this,” Stellar said, voice steady with quiet resolve. If someone was trying to force her out in disgrace, then fine—she’d leave.

The building looms in front of us, dark and foreboding, the windows reflecting the overcast sky. We'll deal with your secrets later." His hand came up. Cupped my face. Thumb tracing my cheekbone. The gesture was becoming familiar. Grounding. "You walked toward him," Liam said. His voice was rough. "You were going to trade yourself." "I had a plan." "Your plan involved lying about which vial was real and hoping he wouldn't call your bluff."

That finally made him glance at me again. “I know politics,” I continued quickly before he could interrupt. “I know territory management. Trade agreements. Resource allocation. I rebuilt Silver Claw farmland after the floods almost entirely by myself because—” “Get to the point.” The sharpness in his voice sliced clean through mine. I swallowed my irritation. “I want to be your Luna.” His expression didn’t change. Not even slightly. “That has to be the worst proposal I’ve heard all year.” The words sliced straight through me. I took a shaky breath. But when your life depended on something, you didn’t let little snarky comments get to you.

"Who hit my sister?" The crowd fell silent. All the color drained from Viola's face. Her lips trembled, and a muffled whimper escaped her. Aaron's expression shifted from anger to confusion, then to terror. "That's impossible. How could she be..." He suddenly looked at me, his eyes red. "Eve, why didn't you tell me?!" He stepped forward and tried to take my hand. Even his voice changed. "Eve, I made a mistake! She lied to me! She kept turning me against you! I never wanted to break up with you!"
