"Silas... it hurts," I gasped. The sensation of "Un-Existing" was like being pulled apart by a billion tiny hooks.
"I know," he said. He reached into the circle, and this time, he didn't try to grab me. He grabbed one of the **Black Lilies**.
He crushed the flower in his hand. Instead of nectar, a thick, ink-like liquid poured out—the "Original Vespera" in its physical form. He smeared the ink onto the snow at the center of the circle.
