Hayden looked away for a moment and could only recall the time Lady Nixie, Queen Nivei's lady-in-waiting, approached him and asked if he could meet with Queen Nivei. He remembered Lady Nixie giving him a file with Leath Mayfair's information. It had everything from her birthday, favourite colour, her first day out of Silvenia, but it didn't say that Leath was not allowed to go back to Silvenia. Hayden thought that it was a simple task to make a rebelling kid go back but now is a different story.

General Li shakes her head in disagreement, "I—" The lady shushes General Li and smiles, "It is time for me to go, Miss Li. It is also about time you move on and forgive yourself." Li extends her hand out, hoping to prevent the lady from departing. "Wait!" ..She wakes up to a cold breeze. General Li glances around her; snow fills the cave. She stretches, seeing Wu Lan Jun's back at the exit of the cave to her right. She can see? She can see! "Wu Lan Jun, you didn't wake me up for my shift." She calls out, trying to get up. She ends up limping her way to Wu Lan Jun.

Only when the vehicle was racing along the bumpy mountain road, with the view of the backseat obscured from the front, did I finally open my eyes. To my surprise, Sofia was right beside me, also tied up and gagged. I looked away from her pleading eyes when they met mine. I pulled out a nail file I had hidden from the kidnappers when they were searching me and slowly began sawing through my ropes. Halfway through, one of the kidnappers suddenly turned around with his phone, so I quickly closed my eyes. I heard him record a video for Lorenzo. "Lorenzo, your wife and your first love are both in our hands. You'd better think carefully. You can only save one. Who will you save?"

“And where were you supposed to take Elara when you finished?” Linda’s lips trembled. “She did not–” I clicked on a third button and water slowly started to fill the room. “Linda, what would you think would happen if I flooded this room and then clicked this?” I asked her, my finger hovering over the second button. She backed away to the wall. “She really did not tell me to. I took the poison. If I helped her, I thought she would feel inclined to help me,” Linda rushed out, tears rolling down her cheeks.

She asked. "Take a look around..." Linda said sipping her milk shake. Erica took a glance around and noticed the peering eyes of people especially the men. "I guess your little drama got them staring at us" Erica said feeling uncomfortable. Linda chortled. She pulled her chair closer to Erica. "That was the plan, to get their attention or do you think I love causing trouble?" She asked in a whispering tone. Erica gasped. "I don't understand what you're talking another Linda" Erica said wearing that confused look.

"We know love but we really need answers to this. Makes me wonder If Linda was a hybrid and hid it. I'm calling him and telling him we need to talk. Miller shows up seconds later and sits. "Has your visions started?",he looked pleased. "Yes I went back to their past and saw Linda",he smiled. "Interesting",he grinned as the story spills out and by the time I'm done he looks confused and angry. "Fort was a pain back then and he is still one now. Linda is half witch so she could time travel. With her being dead it feels nice but I knew she wouldn't stay dead. We need to kill them all",he sighs. "What do you mean she won't stay dead?",we all freeze waiting for more bad news.

Linda, a sorceress and the kingdom's treasurer, spoke on her feet with a bowed head . "You all know that Tabitha has always been a hindrance to us from the beginning ,she and her son had something to do with this and I won't let them go unpunished ,each and every one that joined hands with them will regret ever doing so . "My queen, what shall we do now , " Linda asked. "I will pay the king and his wife a visit ," I spoke with anger running through my veins . They all nodded their heads in acceptance ,I got up from my chair and walked out majestically .

I didn’t have the energy for that. Tina and I moved to the side, near the edge of the room. She crossed her arms, her eyes fixed on Bella and Cherry like she wanted to burn holes through them. Under her breath, she kept muttering, “Liars… all of them.” I swallowed and looked around again. Then I saw Linda. She stood a little behind the others, quiet, calm, like she didn’t belong to any of this. Her face gave nothing away. No fear. No guilt.

"Let Kyle go." Linda picked up the knife, now covered in my flesh and blood. She lifted it to her nose and sniffed, a satisfied smile spreading across her face. "So obedient." She stood and brushed at nonexistent dust on her skirt. Then she walked past me, straight toward the warrior holding Kyle. "You did well, but… Julian said we need to eliminate the stain." She reached out and wrapped her hand around Kyle's small throat. Linda looked into my eyes and mouthed the words silently. "I lied."
