Leon's POV That Fucking piece of shit. I was pissed. Actually, no. I was nuclear. Roan had licked me. Bit me. Made me moan in the bushes like a feral cat. A tick on his face almost impossible to notice but I saw it and judging by the way Denver stumbled backward, he saw it too. Leonardo started walking toward us slowly. The sound echoed through the dead silence like a countdown to something horrible. Denver immediately raised that bladed baton toward him with shaking hands. “Stay the fuck back you maniac!” Leo didn’t stop walking. But really, who was the maniac here? “I’m warning you!” Denver shouted louder, though the crack in his voice completely ruined any attempt at sounding intimidating. Still nothing.
