God, Landon noticed everything. He fixed a glare in Tanner's direction. Tanner smirked and continued staring. I hated it. Every minute, every screaming second of it. Lan was in the guy's face as soon as the teacher walked out. "Stop staring at her, motherfucker!" He snarled. Tanner looked vaguely amused. "Look, man, I'm not interested." Lan grunted, and I felt this urge to laugh. Tanner didn't seem like one to get intimidated. Hell, he was taller than Mariano. The man was lanky and lean, yet he looked like he could beat the shit out of someone.

Also hurrying to apologize to Liam and Henry were those who had previously challenged them. Liam touched his brow impatiently. He wore cold expressions and completely ignored them. When the group saw Liam's indifference, they turned to Henry and apologized to him. Herman briefly displayed a hint of something sinister on his face, but it vanished within seconds. Liam slowly stood up, and his dark eyes were gleaming with confidence. He looked at Herman and declared, "The Barnston Coast project belongs to Luther Corporation." Everyone gasped at his stern tone and resolute expression. Liam was ready to fight for the project personally because he was so passionate about it.

Louis to tremble while Kelly looked like she had seen a ghost. "W-we are s-sorry, s-sir." Mr. Louis stuttered, scratching the back of his neck in the process as he refused to raise his head up. "Shut that trap. Sorry isn't going to cut it for my daughter-in-law, who almost got killed under your own roof."
