A year since that day I ran away from home and decided to die on an island. I had the perfect idea of the perfect death. It was not unsuccessful. In fact, the lost soul, Brieanna died and is still submerged down the ocean floor. I never retrieved my backpack, it's my grave.

When one of the wings is ripped from the left side of the plane and a giant whole is sitting where the other people should have been. My last thought should have been what my mother or father or brother would feel if I died, if I didn’t make it home. It should have been about my place at Princeton University and how I wouldn’t get to live out my dream. But as the plane started to reach the ocean below, my only thought was Jace, and how much I wish I could have told him I loved him one more time before everything went black.

She hated what she’d become, but if she was not who she was today, then what direction was she supposed to be leaning? Z fell asleep with her eyes puffed and swollen with tears. Marjorie sighed as she went back inside. She knew not of what’s bothering her, but it seemed to be something much serious for her to break down like that. Jay continues. "But I sabotaged his plans. I took you and Marcus but somehow he discovered my plan. He had his men chase after us. Fortunately, that night, I met Henry. I begged him to take you. I promised him I would come back and look for him but unfortunately, my car fell on a cliff. I survived but I went into a coma for 10 years. I was so lucky that I lived, I was given a chance to correct my mistakes and ask for forgiveness. But unfortunately, I lost my ability to walk again." He smiles faintly. “It’s not only you who sabotaged his plan, I did too.” Dianne voiced as she held Jay’s hand.

She looks confused. "I guess I must have missed it. They're not easy to find without knowing what to look for." She drops down next to Leo. "We'll get the serial number and find out who it belongs to." She shrugs. "That'll have to wait till morning, we can do this all later." She said before latching the gate before she and Leo disappeared back into the house. 'Goodnight Hetty, see you tomorrow.' I mock them to myself. Oh well. Not much I can do about it for now. I climb back in the cot and close my eyes, ready to see what the morning brings.

POV. Alexander I run out of the cafeteria doors after my mate. But once I reached the woods I couldn't smell her any longer, it's like she just disappeared into thin air. "I need more wolf's in the woods right fucking now. My mate is missing and I want her back NOW!!" I mind link to my entire pack with my Alpha command. It felt like we were out in the woods all day but it had only been hours. When I had almost given up hope I saw her at the edge of the woods by a big tree talking to none other than, Jaxson Shadow the Alpha of The Shadow pack.

ZARA I stood before the portal, my heartbeat accelerated uncontrollably, I am about to return back to my past after a long time. I felt heartbroken and sad, Ezra is dead, I can’t lie, I’m beyond heartbroken. “Mother, let’s go!” Luis said, he immediately pulled me and we jumped into the portal. We instantly landed in front of Ezra’s great castle, my eyes looked around calmly, It looked the same way. Suddenly, a pack of Lycan Werewolves immediately stood before us.

For one second, I had been chosen. And he threw me away like I was nothing. Tears burned down my cheeks. I pressed a hand against my chest, right over the spot where my heart felt like it was shattering into a thousand jagged pieces. I had heard stories of rejected mates. How the pain of rejection could drive wolves mad. How some never survived it. But I didn’t get the chance to grieve. Because just as I sucked in a shaky breath, I heard something outside my window.
