Love Hypothesis Ali Hazelwood Novels & Stories

We all walked to a large round table and took a seat. Dianne and Jerry apologized to everyone again. I am sure they have realized their mistakes at this point and have changed for good. Jerry introduced Louis as his boyfriend. Well, it is surprising how they finally hooked up together but I must say that I am happy for them. I also introduced Ben as my partner. They all looked happy but Jerry was sad about the news. We talked and played to an extent and I told them about Aliya leaving the Mansion after she apologized. Guess she is currently married in the East.

Joshua collected himself and was serious about his words. Hazel was relaxed, at least she was still the real daughter of the Crowe Family. However, she still felt sad. “Do you see me as the substitute for the real daughter of your family?” Hazel asked him desperately. She had lost her love, Joshua was treating her as someone else, and his love was not for her. Joshua thought for a while. Since Hazel had found the photo, he did not intend to lie to her. "Hazel, I have never regarded you as a substitute." he took the photo from her and whispered. "Such a unique plum blossom birthmark, do you think there might be a second person who has it?"

Luciana continued. Hazel gave her a faint, humorless smile. “I don’t believe in love, Madam. Love is nothing but emotional manipulation. It only favors the lucky ones. In the past, the person who claimed to love me the most was the very person who hurt me the deepest.” “Ah... so you fell in love once and were betrayed?” Luciana asked gently. Hazel chose to remain silent. “People say that those who love the deepest are the ones who feel the greatest pain. Was it the same for you?” Luciana asked again.

Clarissa mumbled making Hazel grab a pillow and throw it at her. "Do you realize what happened?!" She yelled at Clarissa. "Something that should have happened many years ago. Axel loves you, just give him a chance" "Never!" Hazel spat. "He does not love me and he is never getting a chance for anything!" She added and Hazel sighed. "I'll see just how far you can resist someone who loves you that much" Hazel groaned and got out of bed. "He wore the pajamas on you" Clarissa pointed out and Hazel exhaled.

This time, I will get what I want. I got back home and saw Hazel crouching outside my house. She came rushing over to me. "Please, listen to me. There's nothing between me and Joshua! He's just my mom's friend's son!" I took a step back. "Stop harassing me already. Just… just take the loss, okay? Everyone goes through shitty relationships with shitty people at least once in their lives. It was just my turn." "No…" Hazel put on a mask that said she was deeply in love. And then her phone rang. It was her father, and she wanted to hang up, but I smiled.

He talked about love and how much love can heal a broken mind and soul , stating that if you must love then you must forget all the pains in your heart. "The love you hated could be your perfect love. The love I hated saved me and has mended my heart for good", Harry said in his speech.

“What??? Hazel exclaimed as soon as she picked up her call. The call hung up and she looked at Chloe sadly. “What’s the matter? Is he fine? Chloe asked in a roll and Hazel nodded “Zeus is back home” “So why are you sad? Chloe asked. Hazel sighed deeply and responded “I’m not sad. I missed him and it’s not even up to three days but” “I understand you Hazel, don’t you think it’s high time you give it your all into getting Zeus for yourself? Chloe responded with a serious tone. Hazel replied “I have tried but Zeus does not love me so there is no point, no matter what I do”

But when she had shown up on the doorstep at dawn over a week ago, her eyes swollen completely shut, hauling a cheap canvas bag, her mother had known instantly that something was terribly wrong. Hazel hadn't even made it past the foyer before she broke down. She had collapsed into her mother’s arms, sobbing so violently her knees had given out. Sitting on the worn hallway rug, surrounded by the familiar scent of lavender and old wood, Hazel had poured out everything. She told her mother about the debt Liam had left her in, the contract with Xavier Sterling, the suffocating rule about emotions, and how she had foolishly, irreparably fallen in love with him.

Lucas stayed silent. Sofia said, "Hazel, you're not young anymore. You should know how hard it is to find true love." Hazel could not help but laugh out loud when she talked about true love. "So, are you saying that you truly love my dad?" "Yes, I really love Lucas." Hazel nodded and looked toward Lucas. "Dad, congratulations. You've found your true love after half a lifetime. However, I really want to put this so-called true love to the test. Let's see if it's reliable."

He wiped away his tears as never in his life he had thought that God would grant him such happiness. He was one of those introvert people who would never even mix up with girls and had completely lost hope of finding his true love. But Hazel was like an Angel and his life. Yet again he wiped away his tears while looking at her. Hazel too was getting heavy hearted but she was trying her best to stay strong in front of him. Somehow she was completely overwhelmed as she had not seen this coming at all.
