asked Yura looking curious. Aron looked at Jessy asking for his approval to tell his mother about the incident earlier. The girl nodded, she thought if the woman knew maybe she could solve the mystery that was happening now. In a few minutes, Aron told Yura about what happened during the full moon. Yura wasn't surprised at all. His guess was not wrong in the slightest. "Welcome princess Jessy to the world of wolves." Yura smiled, hearing her mother call Jessy a princess made Aron and Jessy even more confused. What Yura said again invited questions from the two of them.

"Haven't you realized the Festival of Serenity, for Lunaris' first ruler and Great Star Divinus of the Moon, is celebrated once a year on the same date as tomorrow? Don't tell me you've been held up in your room all this time and didn't realize how busy the palace has been these last couple of days?" Such accusations stabbed Luna's conscience because, sadly, it was the truth. For these last couple of days, a new romance book dealing with a reincarnated princess betrayed by her fiancée absorbed her attention. The plot was so captivating that ever since Luna picked it up, she hadn't been able to put it down, not even to sleep.

Luna Emma threw her arms around her mother's neck, and then they faded like ghosts, leaving me alone in the study by myself once again. I looked back at the bookshelf towards that little book. I pulled the little black book off the shelf and opened it. The book was filled with runes, but a chicken scratch version. Did Luna Emma even know how to write in English before she started to write enchantments? I groaned; I wish Pru had been with me so she could figure it out.

"So my preferences don’t extend to the genre of the book, huh?" BaoBao shook his head with big innocent eyes. Luna returned her attention to the book. "Who could I be this time? There's really too little on characters besides the lead couple and Ward." "Hmmm… Maybe it'll be like the previous world? Oh... Then you'll definitely own it!" BaoBao started doing a little dance and wriggle. Luna frowned. "There're too many side characters that appeared just for the plot. It won't be like the previous book." Luna closed the book with a resigned sigh. She had never successfully guessed who she would be in the story thus far.

Luna was eighteen months old when she started reading. Not picture books. Ancient texts in languages she shouldn't know. I found her in Dante's office, surrounded by books from his private collection, reading what appeared to be Latin. "Luna, honey, what are you doing?" "Learning about the elements, Mama." She pointed to a passage. "This book says there were originally six elements in werewolf magic, not five. But one was lost during the Great Schism." I sat down heavily. "Where did you learn to read Latin?"
