"I'm doing great dear."
I nod, "I know Mama, I know, I'm just too happy," I admit, sniffing again.
"God is good. Your husband is good too, I hope you know that."
"Yes Mama, I know. I'm so grateful," I fan my eyes with my fingers, no tears today Emma!
She pulls me in for another hug, and I smell butter from her.
"Mama, were you cooking or what?" I ask.
"Baking dear, the baking classes here are cool, I'm learning how to make fancy foods for you." She laughs and faces me.
