This was the consequence. This was what happened when you used people as escape—eventually the escape learned your name. “Delete it,” he repeated, controlled. Penelope’s smile softened into something colder. “You’re scared.” Dennis said nothing. She shrugged, unbothered, and tapped the screen. “It’s just a story,” she said lightly. “It’ll disappear.” Dennis lunged for the phone. Too late. The upload circle completed. Penelope rolled onto her side, satisfied. “There,” she murmured. “Now go back to being the guy who doesn’t care.”

' Kate stood up, dropping her fat, clasped handbag into the shopping bag she used for her school things. 'There are, aren't there,' Amy answered softly, more at ease than she would have believed possible an hour ago. She returned the box to her bag, and drew the zip on it. Then she too stood, turning for one more view from the window to the sunlit, sheep-grazed hills. Somewhere out there in his dreary house, a dreary man had put himself to the trouble of trying to frighten her. He'd succeeded for a while, might be succeeding still if her friend hadn't worked this sunwise counter-spell and reminded her of her own power to resist him, her own effectiveness as a human being.

I can't help the enthusiasm in my voice and Adrien stares at me with a frown creasing his features. "What?" I ask, starting to munch on my sandwich. "You get this happy over a manga?" He asks. "Cause it's Green peas, my favourite artist," I mumble. "Green peas?? That's their name? You know them personally?" "No!" "Really?" He looks at me suspiciously. "You were looking so down until now and suddenly you cheered up. Something's fishy." I leave a dramatic sigh and take a sip of my coffee, ignoring him. I'm so happy Theo's first manga is going to be released soon. And that means, he actually got the tablet. So, Johny kept his word. I thought he was a complete jerk.

Then reality crept back in like a cold draft. “No, I mean… I don’t have the money.” I stared at him in disbelief. “What do you mean, you don’t have the money? It's just pizza.” “Yeah, and that's like twenty bucks I don't have right now.” “So what? We just starve? Liam, I'm hungry” I said, grimacing. “Don’t worry, I can always get an advance from Alex,” he said, pulling me to sit beside him. I stared at him and let out a quick, disgusted snort. Not just because it sounded like he'd just suggested robbery, but because of the calm ease flashing in his deep blue eyes.

It can indeed be quite challenging for the artists. Alex Ye: "…" Alex Ye: "If you've decided, I'll let my assistant talk to GreenMango Comics." Michelle Xia: "Yes, if we could sell the comic rights to Makka Comics, it would be great." Michelle Xia: "Don't worry, Mr. Ye. I won't describe such massive battles in my next work. If GreenMango Comics is still interested in my work, it's theirs!" Lastly, she sent him a "heart hands" emoji. She sincerely said, "Thank you so much, my Mr. Ye!"

Jaden, Melissa, and I were walking through the school halls. It was already lunchtime so we decided to eat outside today. While we walked, Jaden and Melissa were talking about an anime called 'Seven deadly sins'. The anime is really good, and I hope for a second season, but for now, I'm just reading the manga. And let me tell you, the manga is AWESOME!!! Especially when Meliodis is a-, oops, almost spoiled it for you guys. But yeah, the anime is awesome; I totally recommend it for y'all.
