It’s Rita’s turn to get us all water. This time as our knotts deflate, the orgasm is just as intense, but I don’t see the moon goddess. However, a low, feral growl escapes Miguel and his eyes flash red, that flash of red suddenly triggers a strange reaction in Raiden.

Chapter 26 Third POV Selene sat atop her celestial throne, bathed in the pale glow of her moon as its silver light poured through the open arches of her ethereal home. She watched the waves below, feeling their pulse as they rose and crashed against the shorelines of a distant village. The tides were erratic tonight—wild, untamable—and no matter how hard she focused, she couldn’t subdue them. Her brow furrowed in frustration as she tried once more to ease the waters, her divine power coaxing them into serenity.

His very presence radiated power as well as his eyes glowing silver by moonlight. “Mira,” Luna breathed, recognizing the figure. But the woman before them was not the Mira they knew. A completely different person. This version was colder, darker, and her smile was twisted into something that did not belong to the woman Luna had once trusted. “You’re too late, Luna,” Mira said in a tone that portrayed triumph. “The ceremony is already in progress.” Luna’s breath caught in her throat. “What ritual?” Mira smiled more. "The promise that will tie you to the moon and me."

He said In a not so subtle whisper. But just as I was in a huge dilemma trying to decide the way further for the pack, the blanket of the red moon started to uncover all areas that it covered, the silver hue of the moon was slowly returning. “It's a miracle! The moon goddess has lifted up the curse! She gave us a second chance!” The warriors of the Crescent Pack slowly rise up from their fallen position as a new way of strength surge through our veins. What kind of miracle can this be? What could actually substitute for the fishes to please the moon goddess in this manner…

Selene swallowed hard, memories of that night flooding back the strange pull, the markings on the stones, the terrible growl that split the earth. “I didn’t know,” she whispered. “I didn’t know what I was doing. I thought I was dreaming…” Mira shook her head. “The bond must’ve been already awakening. The Moon Goddess ties mates through dreams sometimes, but that’s never happened with someone like her.” “What do you mean?” Mira’s voice softened, though her eyes burned with fear.

About us. It scared me a little—how fast everything was happening—but it also made something warm bloom in my chest. He was the Alpha of River Moon, and somehow, out of everyone, the moon goddess had chosen me to be his second chance at happiness. That thought alone made my head spin. Mira gave me a knowing look, like she could read every emotion on my face. “So,” she said, nudging me with her elbow, “what are you wearing for Tharos Menae tomorrow night?”

To be precise, Miracle’s ears. Miracle paused. Baspo didn’t. He kept moving. His pace was fast. Faster than I anticipated. He understood the situation. But how would he react after getting to know about his late mother? Another upsetting question. “Luna, what happened? Why did you stop?” Baspo made it to my mind. He linked with me. Strange! How was that …? “The Goddess…” I heard Miracle say. Okay, so the legendary Moon Goddess, Selene, blessed me with the power of mind-link without marking my mate! Impressive.

“So you’re willing to let Elijah stay dead?” “If it means saving my little sister, then yeah.” She felt tears fall from her eyes. She made no attempt to wipe them away. Who was she trying to be strong in front of? The Moon goddess nodded as she smiled proudly. “Okay. All you have to do when you get back to the real world is go to your sister’s room and touch her forehead. When you do so, close your eyes and focus on one thing: bringing her back.” “That’s it?” Selena asked. It sounded simple.

“Erin is a good girl. She would never betray her mate.” I looked around the room. Everyone was waiting for me to answer and explain what had happened to her. I didn’t owe them an explanation or anything else. I had done what I had to do for all of them. “Erin was banished from Silver Moon for being unfaithful to her Alpha, carrying an ill omen, and bringing shame to this pack. She is no longer your Luna, and from this moment forward, no one is to speak her name inside this pack.”

Mirai whispered. Armani replied, "Only one person can restore the world..." "Who?" Mirai asked excitedly. "It’s Luna... as far as I know, she is endowed with the power of creation and universe. With the ability to restore the damaged..." Armani replied. Mirai gasped at what she found out. Just how powerful Luna is? "Then I thank her wherever she is now. Thank you very much, Sister Luna..." Mirai said while looking up at the sky, smiling widely. She misses Luna, and she hoped that she was alright.
