The colors used in the painting were vibrant and dream-like. She was lying on a small bed, holding a storybook in hand. However, Brian had drawn it from his perspective, when he was lying by her side and watching her from below.

I went back to the drawings I had passed and there I saw that they had come to life because of Venenata Negra, but they were not the same as before. Suddenly there was a war between the Faeries and the resurrected ones with horns. Suddenly there was a circular line in the shape of a person. The first one was lying down. The second one was like a mirage image of a human being. The next one is a human being full of white marks inside. Between the mirage image and the filled image, there is a cup— This is it! I came close and looked at every detail. There I saw a detail that was not included in Papa's drawing. Something was pouring from the filled human and it all went to the cup.

Miracle rattled the slips, checking if there were any secret papers hidden in between. But there was none. The second half of the story was gone. "C'mon... Don't do this to me. I have to know the story." Miracle pressed her fingers to her lips, murmuring lines of undefinable words that echoed softly in the dimly lit room. As she chanted, a gentle swirl of white light unfurled from her fingertips, enveloping her hand in a shimmering embrace. Silvery tendrils of smoke swirled into the room, weaving in response to her invocation. They laid atop her mark of divinity on her chest, and seconds later, the bulging veins around her reddening mark began to ease.

Lucas said, forcing a smile as he turned to her. Miracle tilted her head, her wide eyes darting between me and Lucas. “Why are you sitting so close?” Lucas chuckled, though his laugh sounded forced. “We were just talking,” he said smoothly. I nodded, praying she wouldn’t ask any more questions. “What’s that you’ve got there?” I asked, pointing to the paper in her hands. “It’s a drawing!” she exclaimed, climbing onto the bed to show me. As Miracle babbled about her artwork, Lucas stood and straightened his shirt. “I’ll leave you two,” he said, his tone returning to its usual composed calmness.

I order and watch the boys run back towards the building as fast as they can. I watch with concern as the young boy they were picking on sniffs and works to pick up pieces of his sketchbook. I bend down and help him pick up the remaining pieces before they’re carried off by the wind. I look at one of the pieces of paper and can’t contain the awe on my face as I take in the amazing sketch before me. It’s this incredible real-life style drawing of a sirna with a vibrant red tail surrounded by all the elements. It takes me a second to recognise the likeness, but this is a sketch of the God Ezillus as a sirna! This might be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. “You drew this?” I ask in astonishment
