Clary said determinedly, squeezing her back just as tightly, she grinned when she saw the look of surprise turn to a nod of pride. "Well then, you had best gear up," Monika said, taking her hands. "Damon is a wonderful man but he knows nothing but rules and the law. I really hope you can convince him; he has worked wonders in LA and to be honest, you both deserve to be happy, royal blood be damned" she said.
