Aurora Clark is a seventeen-year-old teen who shifts to New Orleans. She makes new friends at her new university and falls in love with Jacob on their first meeting. Soon, she finds New Orleans mysterious when the students at her university are getting murdered one after another. On a random night, a vampire attacked her and tried to drink her blood, but Jacob came and saved her. She stepped back as soon as she saw Jacob shifting into a wolf; she gulped in fear because she didn't know he was a wolf. Jacob turns towards her, and she screams and pins herself to the wall. "Don't come close to me!" she panicked. When Jacob tried to say something, it came out as a growl, but in response, she was scared and fainted unconsciously. He stepped close and grabbed her in his arms, looking at her beautiful face. She totally fits in his arms like a baby doll. Will she accept him after truly knowing him?
