"I hate you, Natasha Smith! I don't want to see you ever again!" Yvette hurriedly rushed over to help him up. He was just about to start screaming again when a loud voice cut him off. "That's enough!" The hall went silent once again. I was also confused. Who was causing a ruckus now? When I turned around, I saw Liam. Under the startled eyes of the wedding guests, he made his way through the crowd and toward us. He looked extremely disappointed and upset. "Hello, Mr. Fenton ." Yvette hastily stepped forward to greet him.

She grumbled l. Jack and Mira stood on the sidelines as witnesses while the ceremony began. “Congratulations, Mrs. Lev,” I said after the priest pronounced us man and wife. It was a cold ceremony. The rings were exchanged, the papers were signed, but there was no kissing the bride. I had informed the priest to skip that bit, I wasn’t that much of a monster. The second Sophia's glassy eyes met mine, my heart fell. She was cold the entire time, and I could tell she hated me.

"Love," I murmur, letting the word drag like a slow caress, "I don't think you've realized this yet."

"I kept telling you to bring a partner because I planned to toss the flowers straight to you..." So that was what Gina meant when she repeatedly insisted that I bring someone to the wedding. Gina blinked at me. "I’m perfectly fine leaping into the tomb of marriage all by myself. You just stay safely on the outside." I burst into laughter through my tears. The groom leaned over, his eyes shining as he looked at her. "Baby, the fact that you're willing to step into the tomb just to be with me proves you truly love me."
