No One's Luna

No One's Luna

*****Friday morning***** After breakfast I sit on my chair in my room scrolling through social media. We don't have school today because of some teacher thing I can't remember. Colin is with Luke in meetings all day so I told the girls they could take me shopping for my dresses. I have to wear a dress two nights in a row for the welcoming ceremony.

Loved this story, such a great read! I get so frustrated reading books on here sometimes because the grammer is so bad and I can’t focus on the story. This story had none of that! The characters were well written and thought of I’m honestly chomping at the bit to see if the next story is as amazing!
Dani Clark
Lily Dean's book is filled with passion, a fantastic plot, brilliant characters and lots of heat. I really enjoyed the overall plot for No One's Luna. Dean was able to keep a constant pace throughout. She captures your attention and pulls you in from page one right through to the end.

Masked curse: Forbidden Love

Masked curse: Forbidden Love

“Hey, nice to meet you!“ his thick voice said. The Scorpion tatoo that ran over his face made him look like one of those action movie villians. Catherine was already angry enough and wanted to tell him with the kindest voice she could muster thar she wasn't interested in whatever he wanted to tell her. But surprisingly, he said: “I know you're Catherine.“ Her eyes widened in shock and she gasped, looking at the car behind him like she was sure some more scary-looking men were going to come out of it and drag her in with them. “W-who are you?“ She stammered, looking sideways to be sure they were other people around. “And how'd you know my name?“ “Let's just say… I'm Nobody,” he said. “My name

Marked by a Lycan

What the hell was wrong with me? I feel like a nobody. Not just invisible, but completely unnoticed. I used to think that people saw me but just chose to ignore me. However, the realization that I am truly invisible hurts more than I ever thought it would. It's like all the air has been sucked out of my lungs, leaving me breathless. Levi, the popular guy, is staring at me with a lazy grin, waiting for me to respond to him. But I'm lost for words. Thankfully, Mr. Anderson starts the class and I'm saved from having to respond to Levi. I give the teacher a small smile and focus on the lesson.

No Return

No Return

“What’s up, dude?” Jim didn’t look up. He only moved to grab his phone from the table and hand it over to Sean. “She replied.” Sean raised his eyebrows, accepting the phone. Jim kept looking down as he motioned for him to play the video on screen. So Sean did. It was a YouTube link, nothing private, and coming from Silvia, Sean wasn’t surprised to hear a piano ballad. You Do What You Have to Do, by one Sarah McLachlan—Sean had no idea who that might be. The background was the photograph of a pale pink flower and the lyrics were in bright pink. He swallowed a sigh, hoping so much pink wouldn’t cause permanent damage to his sight.

Goodbye, Everyone

Goodbye, Everyone

I opened the messaging app and typed: [Don’t bother coming. I’m already home.] I hit send. The screen went dark. The house fell completely silent. I leaned back on my couch and closed my eyes. The small, stubborn hope I held onto finally faded.

His Special Someone

His Special Someone

I'd quarreled with him over the front passenger seat before, and he'd said impatiently, "What's there to argue about? It's not safe riding shotgun." The rest of the journey passed with me driving and listening to the joy and cheer in the backseat. I was like an outsider. … Shawn, Jill, and Neil headed inside the pizzeria when we arrived. When I entered after parking the car, I found that there were only three sets of cutlery at the table. Shawn looked at me awkwardly. He was about to summon the server to add another set when Neil suddenly cried, "I don't want to eat with the nasty woman! Mommy said she'll take Daddy away! I don't want her!"
