Rejected By The Alpha

Rejected By The Alpha

The entire pack moved with a rhythm that was not obvious unless you were looking for it. I was. I kept to the edges of the estate, moving through shadows of light my steps measured and silent. I wasn’t here to be seen, I was here to learn. Nightbane was one of the largest packs in existence and power like this did not just appear it was built, recorded and preserved. Which meant the answers I was looking for were written somewhere. The realization settled into place cleanly. The library. The structure stood apart from the main residence, built from the same dark stone but quieter in presence less guarded but not unprotected.

The Omega's Crown

The Omega's Crown

"I'm telling you he might be. I don't know. I'm not omniscient. I'm only useful." "All right. Thank you, Riven." "Yes, Luna. Go up the stairs." I went up the stairs. The library was bigger than I had been expecting. The shelves were three stories high. Narrow wooden walkways ran on iron galleries around the upper levels. There were long oak tables at the centre and a stone fireplace at the far end and tall narrow windows along the eastern wall. The light coming through them was the soft amber light of a long late afternoon. There was no one in it.

Claimed By The Twin Alphas

Claimed By The Twin Alphas

"What? No. You're injured. You can't—" "I need to find answers," I interrupted. "About the curse. About how to stop it." "Where would you even look?" "Northwind Palace library." I used the wall to pull myself upright, every movement sending sharp pain through my broken ribs. "It has the most complete collection of ancient texts in the north. If there's information about the Frostborn Curse, it'll be there." "That's insane," Lara said. "Kael will kill you if he finds you there."

My mate's betrayal

My mate's betrayal

I said calmly and wiped away her tears. Even though her face was red from crying, Selene had an absolutely devastating beauty. She was the most natural woman I had ever met. “Well,” Selene said. “What other mysteries does this pack have?” The question made me smile. We left the art museum and went to the library. “Do you like to read?” I asked with genuine curiosity, and Selene nodded. "We have the largest library in the North. Many wolves from other packs come to consult books here." Selene looked at the small building and frowned.

he says and Natalie runs inside the library making a pirouette with her arms stretched. “I thought that your packhouse is splendid but this, Alex. This just made this place the most beautiful thing I ever saw!” The library is on the southern wing of the packhouse and has an entire wall of glass and half of its ceiling making the place full of light. Serene and green. The library is a nature loving bookworm’s home that has the perfect mix of human imagination across the pages and Mother Nature’s own creation thriving in the courtyard. Wooden shelves are around the walls and in front of that glass wall is placed a comfy sofa . Light, bright and filled with brilliance, this wonderful glass wall

In Love With Heathens

In Love With Heathens

The setting sun shone through the large windows of the library, its rays reflecting through the ancient glass. I sat at one of the tea tables, reading The Northern Lights, written by Jennifer Donnally. Below me sat Tan, all curled up under my feet on the rug. I smiled at the adorable creature, turning one page after another. Out of everything in this big castle like house, this was my favourite part- the library. Here, I could be on my own, I could read all the books I ever saw, I could feel human. And now with Tan beside me, it felt for than just comfortable.

THE REJECTED WHITE LUNA

THE REJECTED WHITE LUNA

Rowan was not at the training yard the next morning. Lois led the drills alone. When Nyssa asked where the Alpha was, he said the Alpha was attending to pack business. Aria noticed the absence but said nothing. She sparred with Nyssa, took her laps, and tried not to look at the empty space where Rowan usually stood. The private library was in the north tower, behind a door that only Rowan opened. The room was small and windowless. Dust coated every surface. Shelves lined the walls from floor to ceiling, crammed with leather bound volumes and rolled scrolls and manuscripts so old their pages crumbled at the edges. A single lantern burned on the desk. It was his only source of light.

genuinely one of the worst protagonists I've ever read. she deliberately enslaves herself to two slimy, psychotic bullies that hate and will victimize her, insists on bringing THE LACKEY OF HER ENEMY as her ONLY COMPANION, because otherwise she'll be a servant. then is dramatically aggrieved when...

I don enter the book small-small, and omoo, the story don satisfy me already .... The tension for the grand hall na top notch. The rejection wey Aria face from her own papa and her mate? Na brutal o. This na classic comeback story. The writing dey flow wella. 5 stars! ...............

Rejected and Banished Pregnant With the Alpha’s Twins

Rejected and Banished Pregnant With the Alpha’s Twins

Something that registered her touch and responded to it slightly, the way an ember responds when you blow across it without flame. She stood and crossed to the window. Winter afternoon light was thinning. The sun was dropping behind the western wall and the sky above was the deep, milky blue of a northern winter early evening. And in the upper left quadrant of the library window — she had noticed this three days ago and had been waiting to test it since — the moon was already visible. Risen early, as it did in these northern latitudes in the coldest months, pale and precise against the blue. She moved to stand directly in the shaft of moonlight falling through the highest pane.

Her Dirty Pleasures

Her Dirty Pleasures

Nora's POV A flashlight beam sweeps across the bookshelf six inches from my face, and the blood in my body goes cold. I’m crouched between two shelves in the back corner of the university library. The library closed at midnight. It is now 3 am. I’ve been doing this every finals week since sophomore year — hiding in the back stacks until they lock up, studying in the kind of silence you can’t get anywhere else on campus. I have never once been caught.

(BL) Transmigrated as the Alpha's Cannon Fodder.

The library at ten PM was a different room than the library at eight-forty-five AM. In the mornings it had the quality of a thinking space — quiet and useful, the particular silence of accumulated books and undisturbed air. At night it was something else. The overhead lights were off. The lamp on the reading table threw a circle of amber that made the rest of the room feel deliberately dark, the shelves retreating into shadow, the corners becoming their own private territories.

Wait…what? Transmigrating to someone he didn’t like is so funny. I really want to see how he’ll survive in another person’s body. This is an amazing book, Author. I love the tension, suspense…everything.

I started this expecting a typical transmigration story, but it surprised me in the best way. Watching the MC struggle to survive in the body of someone he once looked down on is both entertaining and satisfying.
