TCST 1: Secrets Beyond

TCST 1: Secrets Beyond

I kept running although I started feeling weak and out of breath, I only stopped when I was already a meters away from the company's perimeter. Trying to catch my breath, I dragged air to my lungs as I nearly collapsed to the ground. Running with heels was hell, it was torture especially when you needed to run away from everyone. I have no one else to go to right now, I was all alone in the middle of the sidewalks. Caleb doesn't want to talk to me, he wasn't up to hear my explanation. I couldn't defend myself and my face would surely be everywhere within just a few hours from now or even just an hour with the word "wanted" on it.

The CEO and me

The CEO and me

I kept running. Afraid to turn around I just kept going. Once you start running there is no turning back. Not for me anyway. You may ask yourself what is so terrifying to be running from. Shut this book and run far away as I am if you aren't ready for this. My story is far from the "perfect life". My name is Elena Winters and this is my not so perfect story. "Elena get up! Elena! I want breakfast" I opened my eyes to see my 4 year old brother jumping on my bed.

The Inheritance Clause

The Inheritance Clause

This was new. He had never run before — the empire had not left room for the specific, useless, perfect wastefulness of running for no reason other than the running itself. He had started three weeks after moving to Millbrook, at five-thirty AM, in the dark, and had come back forty minutes later with the slightly bewildered expression of a man who had discovered a physical capacity he had not known he possessed. He ran every Tuesday now. And Thursday. And Sunday. He was insufferable about it in the specific, harmless way of people who have found something that works for them and cannot entirely suppress the enthusiasm.

Crossing The Line With My Hockey Stepbrother

Crossing The Line With My Hockey Stepbrother

Elizabeth I ran. On all fours as fast as they could carry us. Jumping over low branches, ducking under high ones and wriggling through tight spaces. Dawn ran and ran, suspending breathing and focusing on not getting caught. Because they were right behind us - a hoard of them - unsure of what they were chasing, surprised by what they would catch. If they caught me. I couldn’t let that happen. The snow wedged her from underneath her feet, fuelling her speed. We’d never run this fast in our lives. I thought at the end of this, if we survived, we’d still die. We hadn’t stopped breathing for so long, breath must have given up on us.

The Alphas Hunt

The Alphas Hunt

Every pore opened up and soaked up the warmth, it felt like the gods were telling me that everything would be alright, that I was on the right path now, and I didn't know how desperate I was for it until just now. Unfortunately, there wasn't much time for enjoyment and I knew I had to hurry when I heard a car drive up the palace road. I started running and kept telling myself the same thing repeatedly- don’t stop for anything. I don't how long i’d been running for but I had never felt more alive in my life than I did running through the woods and down the streets. Wherever I looked I saw people minding their own business, they didn't care about me, I was just another girl out for a jog and I

The book was great. The first section was quite disturbing & I almost stopped reading it. I'm glad I persevered as the twists & turns, as well as the character development, made it compelling & worthwhile.

There are A LOT of spelling mistakes at first, and trust me, I almost stopped reading because I was so irritated. But I’m SO GLAD I stuck with it because the storytelling and character dev is so good!! There are still spelling mistakes throughout, but much less frequent. Can’t wait for book 2!!!

The Girl with the Masks and The Student Body President

The Girl with the Masks and The Student Body President

I would run alone. I zoned them out, pretending not to hear my name each time it was called. Before I knew it, I’d run by the coach again, and again…and again. The scenery melted into one and my legs grew numb. My heart participated in its own race within my chest and my chest did its best to keep my body supplied so it would never have to stop. I’d begun running from the problems themselves, an irrational fear insisting that the moment I stopped, they would ram into me from the momentum that had been built.

Running With His Twin Heirs Right Under His Nose

Running With His Twin Heirs Right Under His Nose

She touched her stomach as she spoke to him, and he smiled gently. I cut the call and ducked into the stairwell, heart hammering. From the nearby room, another healer's voice carried out, "No strenuous activity. Eat well, rest plenty…" So, Mary was pregnant too. "I'll make sure she rests," Felix replied firmly. The words struck like a blade. I stumbled out of the stairwell, desperate to escape, but a nurse grabbed my arm. "Don't run here! What if you fall? What if you hurt someone?" Her voice rang out sharply.

The Runaway Girl and The Billionaire

The Runaway Girl and The Billionaire

Even without a car, there was so much to do and see in the few blocks that surrounded her new home, she was beginning to feel excited. Lost to her thoughts, the speed continued to climb until Lana was running at an all-out sprint. What was a fun and relaxing exercise had quickly shifted to panic as the same anxiety from the night before crept into her belly. Slowing the machine, she took one deep breath after another until she felt herself calm down. She hated that an activity she had loved so much had been ruined by her constant state of fear. It was impossible for her to run without thinking about someone chasing her, and that was unfortunate.

The first five chapters is really something specially when Xyrus is the first one who fell in love with Lana. I mean who wouldn't get interested to a mystery girl? I'm have high expectation on this. Keep it upp

I'm more on Alpha's story, I find this kind of genre as simple and boring. However this story is well written and every chapters you will ask for more. Whoever the author is, good job. And please behappy ending. I really want Xy and Lana to be the end game! Lovelots!

His Lyubov

His Lyubov

I keep running at the dark road. People were already heading back to their homes because the temperature has started turning cold which I can also feel. But because of running I started feeling heat in my body. Now I only I have find some place to stay. I keep running here and there in these unfamiliar streets not knowing where to go. There was no one looking trust able. Of course, I can't judge a book by its cover but still. I was aimlessly running and finding place to stay in fear of that jerk finding me.

Twin Alpha Kings Pup Mate

Twin Alpha Kings Pup Mate

She senses water bodies before we see them, hears the rustle of small creatures in the underbrush, and smells the approach of other predators—though none as dangerous as the ones we're fleeing from. As we venture deeper into the forest, the earth beneath us becoming a labyrinth of dappled light and shifting shadows, I can't shake off the gravity of what we've just done and what we are still doing. We're not just defying Aiden; we're defying a whole system, an entire pack that sees me as nothing more than a trophy to be won or a puzzle to be solved. And in this audacious act of running, of reclaiming our freedom, Riley and I are rewriting our stories in the language of courage and defiance. W
