Novel & Cerita Novel Book Cover Design

I raised a brow while Amanda ran over to the counter and rummaged through her bag before coming back to me and handing me a tablet, “What’s this?” I asked; Amanda smiled and unlocked the tablet bringing me to a screen with an image with the title of my book and my name! “I hope you don’t mind, but,” Amanda motioned to the tablet and said, rather loudly, “I designed a cover for your book!” I looked at the image; it was a woman with a dragon wrapping itself around her. It looked incredible and, honestly, exactly how I envisioned it! I couldn’t help myself from bursting into tears. “What’s wrong?” Amanda asked, clearly worried, “Did I mess it up? Is it not what you were looking for?” I shook my

The box opened. The book was inside. Twelve copies, arranged in two stacks of six, separated by the cardboard dividers that had been placed by the packer at the publisher's warehouse. The covers faced up. The dark cover—the color of the accumulation, Don had said when they had discussed the design with the publisher's designer in September. The designer had brought samples. Don had rejected the first three. The first had been too black, the second too brown, the third too blue. The fourth was the color of the accumulation: the dark that was not the absence of light but the presence of all the colors together, the way soil was dark because it contained everything that had fallen into it over

“What was it you wanted to talk to me about?” It still felt strange to voice it out loud. “Some artwork,” I said. “I was hoping you could work on a cover design for me, but I’d like you to keep your work a secret, if possible, please?” She did a little bounce on the spot, once my request had registered. “For real? You want a book cover? For one of your thrillers? Oh fuck. That’s awesome!” I shook my head. “No, no. Not for a thriller. I’ve been working on a different project, actually. A novel called The Girl Downstairs.”

They walked inside to the meeting room and I brought all of them some snacks and water. "Ms. West, we have the final editing and some cover designs for the new book. Maybe you can choose again, we tried to follow your order last time for the cover so.." Jeremy said and I tried to check on the designs. I nodded looking at all of it and I ended up picking the dark blue cover because I think that color suits the most with the book. "After you read the final editing, let us know so we can start produce the book." He said and we started to talk about other things such as translating the book from english to spanish, indonesian and even russian.

Hayden explained, pointing to each design. “You shouldn’t judge a book by the cover.” Devon raised her voice. “In this line of work, a cover is the selling point of a book. Readers are more interested in the story than the design, but not all of them will read the back of the book to see what the story is about. The cover should be eye-catching and pleasing to the eye to grab their attention.” Hayden’s voice seemed to hold more conviction. “What do you know?” Devon’s snarky tone made me want to reach across the desk and grab her by the neck. “You are nothing more than an assistant and wouldn’t be able to do it any better.”

Look closer. Her gaze settled on a particularly weathered book tucked away near the corner. Its cover was simple, but a faint embossed design caught the light - a pair of intertwined wolves beneath a crescent moon. The image sent a shiver down her spine, and her fingers tingled as she pulled it from the shelf. She opened it carefully, the pages crackling with age. The script was ornate, the kind that took a moment to decipher, but the accompanying illustrations made her breath catch. Drawings of wolves with hollowed eyes and jagged teeth, their forms twisted and monstrous, filled the margins.

His books were mostly nonfiction and finance books. As Sierra heard the water in the shower, it was a signal for her that Alek was already inside and waiting for her. Every inch of her skin was filled with excitement. The butterflies on her stomach couldn't stay still. But as she was ready to take off her clothes, there was something that caught her attention. In his sea of books, there was something different. It has a fantasy-like cover. The vintage appearance made it blend in among the rest. Yet, the vines on the corner were unusual. There was no discoloration on the edges though it seemed old. Something new pretending to be old.

The book has a black leather cover and on the center of the cover, there is a glass bulging bubble that's filled with some kind of red liquid. Please don't be blood. I bend to pick up the book and stumble back a bit. It's heavy and I lug it into the room kicking the door shut with the back of my heel before moving to sit down on my bed. "Who left you at my door." I openly think as I read over the cover. Elgadah Furrucci presents. Advanced Spells and Enchantments. English translation. The words are printed in italics across the cover. I run my hand over the cover and I can feel the light layer of dust on it. My hand stops at the glass bubble and I avoid touching that part.

Turning the cover for me to see he said, “So this is your favorite book, huh?” Wondering what had him looking so sly I focused my eyes on the cover and I immediately felt a rush of heat flare through my body. The cover had a picture of the naked anatomy of a man and woman embracing each other sensually and the title read, ‘100 ways to spice up your life.' “If this is what you were here searching for in the library then I don’t think I have any problem,” he laughed patronizingly, and flicking through the pages he stopped at one and reading the words on it he continued, “Try being intimate in random or unfamiliar places-”

It took him an hour to figure out how it works hahaha. He soon turned the book over to check it's title. On the cover, among the pretty colorful gems and butterfly designs is a title of bold golden letters that brought a sudden shiver to his body. 🌹Ruby and Aurelius🌹
