"Who is he? Do you know him?” Jane let out a breath and slipped down the wall. “I do not know him,” I stumbled into him while I was getting the drinks. I spilled my drink on him, and when I looked up, I felt this...this connection. My wolf started speaking to me, telling me he was my mate." Hailey's eyes widened. "Wow. So, what did you do?” Jane laughed nervously. "I ran away as fast as my feet could carry me.” Hailey put a comforting hand on Jane's shoulder. "That sounds intense. I felt my hands balling up, and could already picture myself dragging her off by the scruff, maybe worse. I stalked closer, about to rip her off the sheets and then it hit me. Hard. Like a damn freight wagon to the gut. Something inside locked up. A pull. This primal, violent reaction pinned me where I stood. My wolf reared up, howling, tearing at my insides, one word echoing in my bones. Mate. I just stood there. Heart pounding like it wanted to come off my chest. My wolf howled, making me think of nothing else.

She was close to fainting when she watched the wolf eat her son’s body parts while the humans licked his blood off the floor. They then turned to Martha and Alice. Martha held on to Alice as tight as she could. She then pinned Alice under herself and shielded her with her body. One of the humans pulled Martha off Alice with one hand. Alice ran out of the room but a woman came back with the child silent in her arms. She held Alice’s arm like a rug doll and threw her up in the air. The two wolves lifted their heads and caught her head and feet. With a swift movement they tore her in two. Martha fell silent at that sight. She slumped down on the floor, empty in despair and resignation. She sat

Or in human language, married so now it is just us…...so relax my little Lilah” Brutus husked as he gently pushed her little body fully to the ground…. The moon goddess watched with a smile as Brutus finally claimed his new found wolf mate Lilah, who were blissfully unknown of the fact they were being watched by a shadow from on top of a high mountain, what made the moon goddess frown as she spotted the large hairy frame of another wolf.….

A fated mate is the werewolf the Moon Goddess has chosen for you to spend the rest of your life with. When your wolf wakes up, they help you find your mate. They call it the mate pull or the mate bond. I mean, you can find your fated mate at any time, but there are a concentrated number of single wolves at the Mating Gathering. So, chances are always higher that you’ll meet them there.
