Pada tahun 2010, Kanto dibuat tercengang oleh sebuah kasus yang luar biasa fenomenal. Miyamoto Jiruchi, atau MJ, seorang gadis pemandu sorak di salah satu SMA di Kanto telah diculik, diperkosa, dan dibunuh. Keberadaannya tidak diketahui selama bertahun-tahun.
