Maria, a girl from Eastwood city in New Orleans with a crescent moon shaped mark on her forehead carries the burden of being Luna to a pack that hates, rejects and seeks to annihilate her. It all begins during the time when packs from other states moves into Eastwood to dominate the metropolis.
