The kid shook his head angrily, and I left Sebastian to deal with the tantrums of a sixteen-year-old pup. I finally located Ryan and Patrick, running forward excitedly when I saw they had cornered Brady. Patrick was missing patches of fur. Superficial claw marks scraped through the bald patches, and he was hurt. But his determination seeped through as Ryan and he stalked forward. Brady’s white-gold fur was matted with blood, one eye was shut, and he appeared to have an uneven gait as he braced himself for the attack.

As I was scrolling I saw a post about one of our friends, Rozz. Hmmm so he's going back. We are not close but we are not that distant either. I guess that's right, troops are like that.
