Ice Cold - Part Two: Winter's Bane

Ice Cold - Part Two: Winter's Bane

It was one of the most emotional moments of her life; the day the two of them had met, and she admitted that she would like nothing more than to spend their last night together under the stars and the soothing spray of the springs. As the springtime sun neared the mountainous horizon, Alex and Rowan made their way up into the hills and toward the Oasis. It took hours, but Rowan knew exactly where she was going. As the sun quickly began to set and the woods grew darker, Alex soon noticed a familiar sight. The trees began to recede slightly as large clusters of mountain laurel and rhododendron bushes began to appear. They were getting closer. Rowan led them both once again through the maze of

Map Of The Soul

Map Of The Soul

They’d taken a route that led them to the back of the performing arts building, where the little garden was situated. They both gazed up in awe at the cherry blossom trees, now in full bloom, their beautiful pink petals waving gently at them. This park was so small, secluded, like a peaceful little secret that only they shared. Finn’s fingers brushed against his, and it was more instinctively than anything else that Kai interlaced them. He glanced down and met the younger’s eyes, searching. “I-is this okay?” His hand felt pleasantly warm in his, and the feeling took him back to the day on the bench in this very park, when their hands had first brushed.

Do You Love Me, Uncle?

Do You Love Me, Uncle?

Kyoko tugged Akiko’s hand again, and reflexively, Akiko caught a falling cherry blossom petal in front of her. After some insistence, Akiko finally followed Kyoko’s quick steps. But her eyes couldn’t stop darting around, enjoying the pink petals floating through the air. Clearly, Akiko wanted to walk slower and take in the breathtaking scenery. It wasn’t every day she could visit Nishinomaru Park, home to about 300 cherry blossom trees, all blooming at once. Spring arrived as promised, bringing with it all its melancholic beauty. Akiko liked summer, but the two weeks when cherry blossoms bloomed in spring almost rivaled the joy she felt when summer came. The sight was too beautiful to ignore

Rising from the Ashes

Rising from the Ashes

"Honestly, seeing you like this, I'd rather you hate him than be this lost. This isn't the precious heiress of the Reyes family I know. You're a major in the military, Valerie. You should pull yourself together." Valerie still did not look away from the garden. Instead, she suddenly asked, "Mom, why don't we have peach blossoms in our garden?" Elaine paused before laughing. "Peach blossoms grow everywhere. They're not exactly some exclusive, high-end flower. Every plant in this garden was handpicked and planted by Finnegan himself. Peach blossoms don't qualify for a spot here." Valerie shook her head, her face turning pale. "But I think none of these flowers look as good as peach blossoms. T

Very good story and the ending was relatively good since each part of the story give a obvious closure. The audio book is also available the whole story. Other authors should follow this example. There is nothing worse than a forced ending or a cut off story, so this story gets all stars, great job!

Her Graceful War Song

Her Graceful War Song

"May I have a word with you, Commander Sinclair?" Carissa handed the list to Violet, then replied to Lionel, "Let's step outside. It's not appropriate for you to be in here with all the women." "Of course, thank you!" Lionel led the way, stepping out into the fresh air. In front of Pearwater Convent, numerous pear trees blossomed, and the mountains behind it were equally adorned. When spring arrived, the mountains would be covered in a sea of white pear blossoms, creating a breathtakingly beautiful scene. Living here at least offered a picturesque landscape.

This one of the best stories that have kept me re-reading. The difference between high born with high morals and character, to the abusive power and selfish entitlement. In a world that is run by man, and females are second hand citizens.

Master Blair's Fiery Pursuit

Master Blair's Fiery Pursuit

"Mommy. Flowers, look, fragrant." Many peach trees in the mansion's backyard were in full bloom this season, filling the air with a faint peach blossom fragrance. "Sure. Mommy will take Little Lemon to see the flowers." Mable put a hat on Lemon and then carried her to the garden. Sitting on the swing with Lemon in her arms, Mable looked at the surrounding peach blossom trees, lost in thought. The Muller Manor was large, with two separate cottages behind the peach forest. Since returning to the Muller family two years ago, she had not explored the entire estate.

I was reading this story on HeyNovel but it was called Mr. Goodwin, Your Ex-wife is a stunner and have different character names. The story is good but stopped updating at chapter 300. Excited that I found it here and looking forward to continuing the story.

I absolutely LOVE this story! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! I have been unable to put my phone down since I started reading it. I do have one complaint, though...I wish the author would do some proof reading before posting the chapters onto this app because there are quite a few typos

Her father died unexpectedly and left them in a sea of sorrow. Rosalia and her mother are living in a two-story house that her parents bought together. It’s a small house, but they’re happy there. Rosie's Bloom

he asks. “I think anything that connects us to them helps.” Because they’ve saved us more times than we can count. It’s our turn now. We move. As we reach the trees, the ground trembles again this time a sharp, cracking pulse that feels like a heartbeat slamming into the earth. “Run,” I say. And we do. Branches whip past us. The air grows hotter. Sparks fall from the sky like white ash. By the time we break onto the beach I freeze.

Spring's Late Tide Was Never Yours

Spring's Late Tide Was Never Yours

I could do whatever I wanted with it and fill it with whatever scent I fancied. Before I set my phone to silent mode, a message popped up on the screen. I had edited the sender's information to a string of numbers, and the message consisted only of a short sentence. [Spring is here. The ginkgo tree has blossomed where our baby is]. I deleted the message and did not reply. The pair of baby socks lay quietly on the white cloth beneath the window. I turned off the lights in the living room and entered my bedroom. I had an early morning the next day.
