Aetherion Academia #1: Shadows of Rebirth

Aetherion Academia #1: Shadows of Rebirth

The spiral lingered longer this time, almost forming a face, a mouth, something that opened and closed in silent hunger before vanishing into the lamp-lit air. "Counterfeit." My voice came out hoarse, the suppression chains drying my throat, slowing my thoughts. "The Duskbane spiral curves left to right, following the setting moon. These curve right to left. They're reversed." Aurel looked at me, and behind his spectacles something shifted, a reverence that made my skin prickle more than the chains ever could. "You see it." "I feel it in my teeth. In the place where my magic lives." I stepped closer, the chains clanking against the marble. "It's like hearing a song played backward. The notes

The cursed alpha's dirty secret

The cursed alpha's dirty secret

My cries mixed with Vespera’s, feeding the greater vortex. The configurations spun faster and filthier. Draven and Rook traded Vespera and me in the heart of the spiral, railing us with deep, spinning thrusts while we kissed and fingered each other desperately. Sable rode Lorien while being passed between multiple partners. Long chains of bodies formed spinning rings of triple and quadruple penetration cocks filling every hole as the vortex carried them around and around. Mouths sucked and licked wherever they could reach. Seed and slick spun through the air in glistening arcs.

Daughter of the Naga

Daughter of the Naga

I turned to Kesar and grabbed both of her arms, causing her to look at me in surprise. "Do you know if there is a stone spiral around here?" I asked. I was sure the spiral was the gateway through time and space. It was an ancient wormhole or some sort of holy portal. If I found it again, I could somehow bring myself back to the present — to the world where I belonged. "What stone spiral, my lady?" she said with a questioning frown. "You know, a spiral that shaped like a giant disc," I said. "It has carved patterns and a seven-headed Naga on top. It must be somewhere around here."

Weather marks. But when I stepped closer, the shape emerged. A spiral. Carved into the rock so long ago it had nearly worn smooth. Its lines were shallow but precise, cut in a perfect curl like a seed folding in on itself. I crouched without thinking, one hand bracing against the earth as I leaned in. My fingers hovered over the shape. Nothing answered. No hum. No heat beneath the skin. Not even the pull that used to rattle through my spine when the spiral called.

Betrayed by the Mafia Alpha

Betrayed by the Mafia Alpha

We sat like that for what might’ve been an hour, or a minute, or a pause stitched between history and invitation. Kehra broke the stillness first. > “I saw a fifth spiral.” > “There were four,” I said softly. She shook her head. > “Not before. Not after. Under.” Her gaze didn’t waver. > “It moved like it had never been watched before.” Kehra (interlude) They always want spirals to loop. To complete. To tidy themselves into closure. But spirals don’t believe in symmetry. They believe in descent. Descent means trust.

Falling Stardust

Falling Stardust

With a wave of his hand, all the air in the atmosphere that was not already being controlled by the wind spirit answered his call and gathered to a single point. Under Xasha's supervision, the air particles packed themselves into a spiral. It had groves that made it look like a 30ft long screw. The spiral started spinning at an insane rate and collided with the expanding magic sphere. The explosion Xasha had braced himself for did not happen when the two collided. The sphere stopped in his tracks for but a millisecond before it started pushing back the spiral towards the retreating father and son.

The Alpha King's Mate: ZORYA'S CURSE

The Alpha King's Mate: ZORYA'S CURSE

Seth broke the silence soon enough, but even as Lillia listened to him, his voice only sounded more distant as her entire attention was fully engrossed on the pendant and the mark. On the smooth polished black stone was a downward-facing crescent, wider and more open, almost like a cradle, and resting within it was a small spiral, delicate and tightly wound. Fine, almost invisible lines extended from the spiral’s edges toward the crescent, like threads connecting them, as though the spiral was being held, restrained from unleashing and expanding. A crescent moon… and spirals. Lillia thought deeply as Seth’s voice became fully muffled. The more she stared, the more the turbulent emotions swel

The Lone Wolf

The Lone Wolf

“There’s a symbol further down the room, near the edge of the door. It looks like a spiral. Spirals often represent paths or cycles in old languages. It could indicate that we need to follow a specific path or a process we have to follow.” “Maybe the spiral represents the cave’s layout,” the warrior suggested. “Perhaps if we follow a particular route, it will lead us to what we need. But we might need to go through a cycle to get there.” Cayla looked at the warrior. “You said you’d seen similar symbols before. Do you remember anything about how they might fit together?”

Divorced My CEO Husband, He Came Begging

Divorced My CEO Husband, He Came Begging

Each one featured that distinctive spiral pattern—blue wrapped through green, or amber through ruby, or crystal through cobalt—the colors changing but the technique itself consistent to the point of being almost ritualistic. As a designer, I'd always incorporated variations of this spiral into my work. It had become my signature—this thing Mami Lulu had drilled into me for years. Back at Russo, I'd adapted it for commercial appeal, but I'd never doubted where it came from. What I hadn't realized until now, seeing all these beads laid out together, was just how distinctive and unique the technique really was. How precise. How difficult to replicate without the exact training Mami Lulu had giv

The book is insanely interesting. At first, it starts like all the other novels of this genre, but quickly deviates from the clichés by being actually true to reality in terms of abusers and their behavior. The author also brilliantly addresses the reality of the "savior" trope. It's refreshing af

Totally riveting!!! Fully developed characters and unexpected plot twists with satisfying resolutions. l love that the main characters are not perfect. They are flawed despite their wealth and power which makes the novel realistic. I hate that it has to end. I'm reading the last 2 chapters tonight.
