My New Journey
Where the familiar cabin, a haven, we sat was out of reach,
So, the embrace of kinship, their kisses, and voices that hummed,
The melodic soft chirping caress of robins, grasses, mountains, and uphill’s breeze,
The steps were not in sight as they progressed up the stairway of the newnew journey.
Unnamed bloomed flowers heard and watched the heart’s tensed steps,
So, the rain, the snow, the cold wind that greeted the steps of hope,
