Lie To Me Alpha

Lie To Me Alpha

“Look, I don’t know why you’re still bothering with me or why you’re even here. You said you don’t want me. Why do you give a shit about what I do? If you really don’t want me, just stay away from me. Pick a lane and stay in it. If you prefer your bubble-headed girlfriend over me, fine. Have at it. Just leave me the fuck alone. I just want to get on with my life.” The hatred in his eyes when he looked at me could have peeled paint off a wall. But he didn’t say anything or move. I swiped the back of my hand over my eyes, feeling bone-tired and weary. Within me, Alera was silent and blocked off from me. I took a deep breath. "I, Adassah Natasha Rumanoff, reject you, Matteo—”

The grammar make it hard to read. The author writes in past and present tense in the same sentence quite frequently. It needs a good edit, but the story is amazing. Characters are well developed and I'm intrigued to see what happens next

Only a child who wouldn't understand English don't follow through the plot of the story. People keep calling out the author's grammar and spelling on here but there are worst books than this one and yet they don't call out those authors. I understand the book very well and the English wasn't bad.

The Rejected Mate’s Dark Rise

The Rejected Mate’s Dark Rise

“Get ready, Beta. I’m going to reject you. You’re going to learn how it feels to be thrown away by someone who should love you unconditionally.” “You can’t do that.” For the first time, Father sounded afraid. Genuinely terrified. “Watch me do it,” she roared. “You worthless excuse for a father.” “She brought this on herself,” Father said. “She is pathetic; so what did you expect?” This was the breaking point. The pain went beyond anything I’d ever felt. It was the kind of hurt that changed who you were forever. Exhausted, I ran. I didn’t remember deciding to move, but suddenly I was stumbling toward the door. Mother’s voice called after me, but I couldn’t stop. I needed to escape from Father

REJECTED ALPHA

REJECTED ALPHA

Good thing the parking garage is further than where the party is. I get into my FJ cruiser, my best car, I ignite it and I just start driving. I don't have a destination in mind, but only a throbbing pain sucking the air out of my lungs. I feel the pain in my chest literally. I know it's going to take sometime for me to heal from the rejection. 'She really rejected us.' My wolf Lamar breaks the silence. 'Yeah she did.' I say back to him. He is broken, just like me.

THE ALPHA'S BILLIONAIRE ROGUE: HER TRIPLE REGRET

THE ALPHA'S BILLIONAIRE ROGUE: HER TRIPLE REGRET

"If you ever... ever... let a piece of rock or an old man’s lies come between us again, I won't just bankrupt you. I’ll make sure the world forgets your name." Kaelen smiled, a real, genuine Alpha’s smile. "I wouldn't expect anything less from the Billionaire Rogue." As they began to pack for the next leg of their journey, the ghost of the rejection was still there, but it was no longer a wall. It was a bridge, scarred, burnt, and narrow, but it was a bridge nonetheless. And for the first time in five years, the "Billionaire’s Rogue" and her "Triple Regret" were moving toward a future where the only thing that mattered wasn't ownership, but the pulse of the blood and the power of the pack

THE REJECTION

THE REJECTION

Sweat trickles down my face, and I scan the surroundings for any place to rest, but there is nothing, no shed just dry shrubs and half-dead trees with no leaves to protect me. “Just continue walking, Sarah. Soon you will arrive at your destination,” I mumble to myself, forcing strength into my weakening legs. But the sun beats down mercilessly, making it feel like my skin is burning. My hunger worsens, twisting painfully inside me. I sip from one of the sodas, but now I am left with only half. It’s barely enough to keep me moving. After what feels like forever, I finally see something hopeful, cars moving in the distance. My heart jumps. A road. A real tarmac road. That means people. That me

Rejection and YOU

Rejection and YOU

"Did he think that after he prioritized his career over me, I will accept it wholeheartedly?" I panted and threw a death glare at him. “Mr. Ford, it’s been four years. It already happened and all we need is to move on. And for you to know, I haven’t read even a piece of your letter. You chose to leave, so what changes it would make if I had read your letters?” I said as flawlessly as I could, although my nerves were getting weak. His rejection shattered me into million pieces, and the pain he imposed on me when I begged him to stay but he refused, couldn't be healed by just a mere piece of paper. “Mr. Ford, I don’t need any apologies from you. You chased for your dreams and you did the right

The Billionaire Alpha's Fated Foe

The Billionaire Alpha's Fated Foe

“Application closed. We are looking for a fast-paced story, an exciting plot with multiple cliffhangers. Revise your work and submit it again. Thanks for your hard work.” Bloody hell! “Are you out of your mind, Jade?” I placed my laptop on the table and slapped her head. Her melodrama scared the hell out of me. “It’s just a rejection email for my novel. Why are you making a big deal out of it?” “I am making a big deal?” Jade dodged my slap and hissed back at me. “This is your third rejection, sister. I have told my friends that you are a leading romance author, thriving in your career.

Road to Desire

Road to Desire

I didn’t realize badass biker men did that kind of thing. Booker climbed in beside me and started the engine while I buckled up. He didn’t say anything as he guided the truck away from Arbor Lodge and I took a moment to take in his ride. It was new with all the bells and whistles, so to speak. Leather seats, wood inlay, and a kick-ass stereo system… at least it looked like a kick-ass stereo system. It was currently off. About ten minutes passed and I had about all the silence I could handle. “Your real name’s not Booker, is it?” He glanced at me and shook his head before focusing on the road again. “Are you going to tell me your real name?”

The Rejected Daughter

The Rejected Daughter

One that I wished not to deal with at the moment. Before long the daylight started to break. Lighting the air around me. I had made it two cities which made it possible for me to travel on the main roads. I came to a small town by the name of Shale. I stopped to grab some food for Rain and myself before I headed back out. As I left the town of Shale I noticed a man in a cloak behind me at a distance. I chose to ignore it as just a coincidence. Along the winding road I stopped to let Rain take a drink at a nearby stream. I also gave her some of the apples and carrots I had bought.
