A pitch-black arrow shot out from nowhere, slicing past the tip of Chase's nose before embedding itself into a nearby tree. The fletching at the tail end quivered slightly, emanating a dense, ominous aura. It had been coated with an incredibly potent poison. The arrowhead was jet black with faint arcs of electricity crackling along its surface. Chase's expression darkened as he recognized this weapon. The Netherworld Thunderbolt Arrow—a weapon specifically designed to exterminate demonic entities. "Damn it!" A flicker of fear crossed his eyes as he instinctively leaped back, widening the distance between himself and the zombie soldier.

He leaned forward in his seat. "Seeing how certain you are, the rumours of him having The Crimson Arrow must be true." He said and she stiffened. He smiled. The Crimson Arrow was one of the five hallowed weapons that could kill an immortal. She opened her mouth to call his bluff when something hit the house and the very ground shook. Despite herself, she grinned. "They're here!" She ran for the window, expecting to see her fellow Spiders or Aremin himself but there was an army outside their doors.

She could not fire that dark arrow until she was absolutely sure it would hit Anestra. The ash brown beast was acting strangely. It seemed to be struggling internally with something. “Something’s wrong with that one,” said Cory. “This one has a collar too,” said Hayden, his eyes alight with excitement.
