AXEL: A Titan Kings MC Novel ONE

AXEL: A Titan Kings MC Novel ONE

Chapter 12 Axel After the first time we made love, yeah, I know, scary Biker “making love” with his girl, we fucked another three times before we passed out through sheer exhaustion. We did the whole soft and gentle thing because it was her first proper time. I have never in my life made love to a woman before. I always fuck. This time was different though. I had felt this connection between us since we first met at the bar. I think she could feel it too, but she was with him. All week I kept thinking about her. And then when she walked out of the room last night, I felt all the air leave my body. I have never seen anything or anyone so fucking beautiful. I couldn’t take my eyes off her. And

"An, do you want Akira to be safe?" "Yes I want!" "Do you also want them all to be safe and at peace?" "Yes, of course. What should I do?" Aresha takes something from inside her clothes, it is a book by my novel. I smiled and was confused. "What should I do? Isn't that my novel? ”

THE VEILED BRIDE

THE VEILED BRIDE

“Kiva, people pay ridiculous amounts of money for worse paintings than these.” I laughed softly—a real laugh, the first one in days. It surprised me how good it felt, like cracking open a window in a stuffy room. Something warm flickered in Ares’s eyes, a quiet pleasure at having coaxed that sound out of me. That was suspicious too. Everything about this man felt layered, like he was always playing a longer game. I moved toward the small desk near the window, where stacks of notebooks waited. Half-finished stories, scattered ideas, characters who felt more real than most people in my life, entire worlds I could escape into. Ares reached for one.

With that, Ares takes a deep breath and walks away, heading into interrogation room one. A tear falls from my eyes. I’m so hurt and upset with him right now. ----- Thank you for taking the time to read my novel! Like it? Comment below and tell me what you like! Love it? Write me a review! Obsessed? Only realised when I read the last chapter that there is still a continuation to this book! I guess a second book? Hope it comes out soon!! What is the time frame? Really enjoyed reading it. Could hardly put it down! Well done author!

I can’t wait for the next chapter and look forward to this book getting an audio version someday! I have caught the subtle hints of fae, witches, and other paranormal characters who will likely be introduced and weaved into this story in the future. I love a balance of fantasy and romance!

Frequently Asked Questions

I stumbled upon 'Areksa' during a deep dive into indie fantasy novels, and it completely blindsided me with its originality. The story follows a disgraced scholar named Elian who's exiled to the cursed city of Areksa, where time flows differently and the walls whisper secrets. The real magic is in how the author weaves together themes of redemption and existential dread—Elian isn’t just fighting the city’s horrors but also his own past as a propagandist for a fallen empire. The side characters are unforgettable too, like the razor-tongued street kid who trades in 'memory coins' and the ghostly librarian hoarding forbidden knowledge.

What hooked me was the worldbuilding. Areksa isn’t just a setting; it’s a character that evolves through fractured timelines. One chapter you’re in a vibrant marketplace, the next it’s a ruin overgrown with sentient vines, all because of the protagonist’s choices. The novel plays with nonlinear storytelling in a way that reminded me of 'House of Leaves' meets 'The City & The City,' but with this visceral emotional core about confronting guilt. I finished it in two sleepless nights, and that final twist about the true nature of the city’s curse still haunts me.
