I drove towards the beach because in a few minutes, the sun will rise and I want to see my last sunrise before having my revenge later on at night. As soon as I arrived at the beach, I got off my motorbike. I took off my helmet and sat down on the sand feeling the cold sea breeze. I closed my eyes and tears started to come out from my eyes remembering why I'm starting my revenge today. I got up and opened up the seat cushion of my motor bike. I looked at the small brown envelope and took it out. I walked slowly towards the water and closed my eyes praying for my sanity to go for revenge.

Revenge had become my sole purpose, an obsession that eclipsed reason and morality. Visions of their downfall danced before my eyes, each one more vivid and satisfying than the last. Daniel's face contorted with fear, his mask of deceit crumbling to reveal the true extent of his guilt. Jessica, her perfect life unraveling like a delicate tapestry, would feel the weight of my wrath.

Smiling, I knew exactly where I would spend most of my days. Taking this time to explore the books on all the shelves, I can’t help but find all sorts of novels within them. Books ranging from History all the way to Fiction. Law books to Art books, books even leaning towards the Erotica side of things. There was even a shelf solely made for cooking. Hmm… Thinking as to how I was going to start my revenge for all the shit they put me through, I knew only one thing when it came to mind and that was they were definitely way too serious, which was never a good thing. They needed to relax.

While I had no idea what the plot was beyond the first couple chapters, I know that the result was falling in love with Noah as long as I possessed this body that would never happen. Instead, I was planning an all-out assault; this book was no longer a romance novel. No, I would be plotting sweet revenge. Hopefully, kiss and few boys, this never been kiss virgin thing waiting for Noah to acknowledge her wasn’t doing it for me.

"I don't know. Money, property, connections, whatever you need." Vincent looked at me like I was a naive child. "Marcus, revenge isn't about getting something. It's about taking something away. I don't want Nichole to give me anything. I want her to lose everything." "Her father is already dead. Isn't that enough?" "Her father dying of natural causes after living a full, successful life is not revenge. Revenge is watching his daughter suffer the way my daughter suffered. Revenge is making sure Nichole Valmont dies knowing that everyone she cares about died because of her."

“Mona, you can’t trust them. They could be anyone—a rival gang, someone with their own vendetta against the Ruthless Knight or the rival gang your brother was affiliated with. You could end up in a worse position than you’re in now.” Her eyes filled with fresh tears, and she grabbed my hand. “Lyla, please. I don’t have anyone else to turn to. You’ve been looking for him, too. You understand what it’s like.” I swallowed hard. Did I understand? I have been consumed by my own thirst for revenge, desperate to make the people who hurt me pay. Even now, sitting across from Mona, I still don't feel guilty over my decision to opt for revenge not justice.

"The last time we spoke, you said you had a plan." The Violet standing before him was not the same woman he knew five years ago. That Violet was gone. This Violet was calculated and dangerous, like an erupting volcano ready to destroy anyone in her path. She was smart, calm, and relentless—a force to be reckoned with. Her every action was driven by one goal: revenge. "She is the plan," Violet said, pointing at the young woman. "Tell me, what’s your name?" Before the woman could respond, Riele interjected, "Her name is—"
