Richard turned back to me, his lips stretched out into a smile as the grey suited man stood up and gave a courtesy.
"This is Noah," Richard introduced, with a proud smile. "He's the voice of reason in my chaotic life. He's also the reason I ever make it meetings on time."
Noah shot him a sidelong glance before turning to me, his hand stretched out. "Miss Morris, it's a pleasure."
"The pleasure is mine." I replied.
Richard slipped into his chair, motioning for me to sit across from him. "You'll have to excuse him. He's all business and no fun. I sometimes worry he dreams are filled with spreadsheets and proposals."
