He shoved Phineas behind him, his other hand diving into his jacket and coming up with a sleek, black suppressed pistol. "What the f**k was that?" Xavier spat. His scent turned sharp, the smell of ozone replaced by the acrid sting of combat pheromones. "The hell is that? Some kind of prank?" "I... I don't know!" Phineas shrieked, his voice high and frantic. He grabbed Xavier’s bicep, burying his face in the man’s shoulder. "Xavier, what’s happening? Is he in the speakers?" "Stay back. Get behind the door!"

Frix hysterically cried at me, his eyes were wide with fear and it pains me to see how helpless he feels about the situation. “I don’t think that guy will like it if the Fae will help him,” Markan interjected and told Frix his opinion. He’s watching intently with his eyes squinting on Xeno who is now giving the monster several consecutive powerful punches. “Her name is Miss Sapphire,” Frix sneered at Markan and the red-head guy just snorted at him after he corrected it. His usual deep voice was slightly high pitched from the excitement. Xavier emerged from between the trees wearing nothing but his work pants. His bare feet sank into the green moss. His hair was still wet from his swim in the lake.

Janetta stuttered, finding it difficult to maintain eye contact with him. "I said it! You find me attractive!" Xavier exclaimed, stepping back with satisfaction at his apparent success. "What do you mean by that?" Janetta asked, confusion evident in her deep blue eyes. "Now you'll understand why women find me appealing," Xavier smirked mischievously, realizing his impact on her. "You!" Janetta launched at him, kicking his legs with her expensive shoe. "Ow, ow, ow. Stop it, Mississippi. You're as ruthless as Anthony," Xavier pleaded in pain, attempting to defend himself from her kicks.
