Before Liam could respond, a heavy, metallic door at the far end of the player tunnel opened with a loud, echoing clatter.
Sarah stepped out onto the rubber matting, her high heels instantly clicking sharply against the floorboards. She was wrapped in an expensive, floor-length camel coat, her red-manicured fingers tightly gripping her iPad like a weapon. Her sharp, corporate features were locked into an expression of intense, executive agitation, but as her eyes tracked Liam's pristine, uninjured stance on the ice, her posture shifted just a fraction.
