Scarlet POV “Scarlet is back!” I heard Courtney yell from inside our cabin. I laughed to myself as I walked inside of our little but cozy cabin. The three trouble makers are what we used to call ourselves but as we matured, we dropped that and just became more like sisters. My name is Scarlet. I stand at 5 '7”, deep greenish/blue eyes, deep brown hair that is waist length with a slim but toned build. My brother is the Alpha to the Red Creek Pack but due to our childhood, I would rather not live in a pack. Instead, I have built a life for myself with two great friends. He fully supports me and we still run our co-owned jewellery business.

Nicolas looks at me sideways, his tone suggestive, making me blush, "Well, the restaurant isn't far from here, if you're willing to join me for lunch." "Sure," I reply immediately, "I don't think I'm dressed appropriately for a business lunch, but lead the way, captain." "You're always adequate, snowflake," he flashes his dazzling smile, as I align myself to match his strides. He's easily much faster than me due to his height, 1.93 meters since the last time we saw each other, but today he seems much taller. How is that possible? I don't know.

Nikka asked excitedly. “2cm. I'm 180 cm now. How about you Nikka?” Yui replied. “Oh, that's why you got taller. I'm 173 cm now, just added by merely one cm. How about you Nathan?” Nathan looked at them in pouting. “I'm 163 cm.” he said in low in spirit. Nikka suddenly laughed at him. Marcus made a sweeping motion with his hands to indicate his invitation for her to join him. Once she was standing next to his six-foot-two-inch muscular physique, her petite five-feet-one-inches was even more apparent. This was also something that wasn’t often found amongst werewolves. They were strong, powerful beings. The women averaged a height of five-feet-four inches to five-feet-seven inches and the men generally ranged between five-feet-nine inches and six-feet with a few, like Marcus, even taller. Laughter broke the silence when a jeer came from somewhere in the crowd that if she truly was one of them, she had to have been the runt of the litter.

He wasn’t exactly handsome but he was very masculine in a way that intrigued her. When they met at a bar, his height fascinated her. She felt her heart thump as she was now a little damsel before a giant man. He did not say ‘hi’ or anything. He just hugged her aggressively, she felt so incredibly small, swallowed up in his embrace.
