Scar picked up the second middle finger, driving the dagger back in, deliberately slow to enhance the pain. “Good boy.” I appreciated Scar and finished the wine in the glass before straightening up. “Discard his body,” I said as Scar picked up a club and slammed it on Kilan's scalp knocking him out. The screams died down instantly. “Kilan…” a soft voice whispered behind me. I spun around only to see Daphne petrified with fear.
