The Alpha’s Pretty Mistake

The Alpha’s Pretty Mistake

I opened the next document, another fragment, this one tagged Incident Report, RDM-47B. It contained only a few sentences: “During containment, subject displayed uncontrollable electromagnetic discharge. Room temperature dropped by 15 degrees within seconds. When conscious, subject described recurring visions of a burning field and a girl made of gold. Council observer recommends continued sedation until resonance levels stabilise.” I felt the blood drain from my face. The “burning field,” the “girl made of gold.” Rain. That was Rain. I exhaled slowly, steadying myself. The laptop hummed quietly, a low electronic heartbeat in the silence.

The Billionaire Alpha's Revenge

The Billionaire Alpha's Revenge

Status: Active. Subject B (The Mind): Olivia [Redacted]. Status: Active. Subject C (The Shadow): [DATA CORRUPTED]. Status: ESCAPED. "Subject C?" Jack whispered. "There was a third one?" Catherine looked at the screen, her face pale. "Escaped? When?" The log scrolled to the bottom. Location of Subject C: Unknown. Warning: Subject C carries the instability marker. Do not engage. Jack tried to stand up, but his legs failed him. The victory of restarting the power felt hollow. They had just turned the lights on, only to reveal that there was another monster in the room with them. Or rather, out there in the dark.

THE BILLIONAIRE HIDDEN BRIDE: Reborn for Revenge

THE BILLIONAIRE HIDDEN BRIDE: Reborn for Revenge

He raised his satellite phone to his ear and spoke in a low, emotionless tone: “The target is securely inside the cage. Rebirth Phase Two: Host Integration. Initiate twenty-four-hour surveillance. Do not make contact or interfere until the child is born. That child… is the true subject we have been waiting for these past thirty years.” The mysterious figure vanished into the darkness, leaving behind a threat far greater and more terrifying than anything Mavric and Liora had faced so far a dark cloud looming over the “normal” life they had only just begun to build. END OF CHAPTER 170.

I Married My Enemy to Destroy Him

The monitor turned on by itself. One line appeared. NEURAL SEPARATION COMPLETE. Then another. FOREIGN MEMORY PATTERN REMOVED. Seraphina exhaled. It was over. Or so she thought. A third line appeared. SECOND PATTERN DETECTED. Marcus’s face went white. “No…” Lucien turned toward him. “What?” Marcus stared at the screen. “There shouldn’t be a second pattern.” Seraphina stepped closer. “What is it?” The screen changed. A designation appeared. SUBJECT 000-B.

He let go of the spoon he was holding and covered his ear. He stood up from the seat and quickly walked away from that place. He went straight to the CR and immediately looked in the mirror. Migi's face showed surprise and confusion there. What are those he hears? He closes his eyes tightly. He turned on the faucet and immediately wiped his face, hoping he would calm down and those voices would disappear. What is this feeling? On the other hand, in a dark alley, two men are seen fighting five zombies. Their speed is astonishing, their frightening faces that look like corpses coming from their graves can also be noticed.

Luckily, these four were also new recruits who went down like dominoes getting hit by a pickup truck. The moment Jo turned back around, noting that they were at the exit for the twenty-eight floor, her IAC crackled, and then, a new voice was in her head. “Scott? Son? Are you really here?” “Dad!” Scott shouted, both aloud and through the IAC. “Yes. Do you know what floor you’re on?” “Scott, I really think you should leave. I don’t see how you can do this. We are surrounded by a few hundred Vampires at the moment, and Cassidy said it’s just you and Jo. You’ll never make it.”

This is such an interesting book, and the characters are really good. Jane is that one friend anybody should have, and then Elara who was called barren was finally going to be having her baby. It's a pity her husband had to cheat on her with her step sister. Overall the story is really good.

Honestly I love that she had a friend like Jane, I love her personality. I love how I could feel every emotion you tried to put into words and everything played like a movie in my thoughts. This is such a good read. Kudos dear author...️

logic beneath the sanitization. A voice echoed from the white walls—the same harmonious, terrifying chord from before. "Alpha-Regent Silas Blackwood. You are identified as a Primary Contaminant. Your rejection of the Sovereign unit created the initial entropy. You are a chaotic variable that cannot exist in the Second Phase. Please remain still for decommissioning."

Claimed by My Bestie's Alpha Daddy

The next, it was gone. Not faded, not quiet, gone. Simon was crouched near a beam that had fallen across one of the corner pillars, scanning with the portable sensor array. Red pulses blinked in sharp, steady rhythm. "What the hell is that?" "Residual energy traces," he said without looking up. "Not wolf, not human, not our tech." I crossed to him. "So what is it?" He adjusted the frequency. The lights went yellow, then red again. "Engineered vampire," he said quietly. "Older than the serum sites. Cruder. It came in raw."

He looks like a man who has been chasing a ghost for a long time and just confirmed it was real. "The child is protecting her," Vane continues. "Or she's teaching it how to hunt. We can't determine which without—" "Thank you, Marcus." Damian ends the call. On his screen, a new notification has assembled: TARGET SYNC: 42%. WARNING—SOVEREIGN MANIFESTATION DETECTED. He stands there for a moment, looking at the nursery door. Then he deletes the alert. His thumb presses the screen until the warning disappears into the encrypted ether.
