The Night Boss
This was power pressing against me, not with bullets but with lust.
“No,” I muttered, my voice barely more than a whisper, but something.
His brows lifted. “No?” He asked.
“I… I can’t.”
For a long moment, silence hung in the office. He studied me, his eyes narrowing, as though calculating whether my refusal was courage or foolishness. Then, unexpectedly, he smiled—not warmly, but in a way that sent a chill down my spine.
“You’re stubborn,” he murmured. “I like that.”
But beneath his words, I saw it—the hunger that wouldn’t let go. He wanted me. Needed me. And in that instant, I realized something dangerous: The Boss was falling for me.
