I heard Selena squeak behind me. I turned just in time to find her standing behind me with a bag filled with herbs in it. She looked even more pitiful than she did last night. Her blonde hair had lost the shades she had originally dyed it to and now it looked like she had fought with her stylist, and he vomited over her. Her skin was paler than usual, and her eye colors had lost their brightness. “Yes, I did… you wanted to talk. I am ready to listen,” I whispered, my soul suddenly feeling terrible for her.

She turned and saw Maddie coming in her direction. Maddie was a very beautiful girl, red-haired with honey-colored eyes. She was one of the most beautiful women Selena had ever seen. Everyone used to say that Selena was incredibly beautiful too, just like her mother. She had her mother's long black hair, her tanned skin and grayish eyes. She saw in a few pictures and they were pretty similar indeed. Selena and Maddie weren't exactly what they called popular girls, but Maddie always joked that her and Selena were a hell of a pair and that they were underestimated.

A few moments ago, precisely before Selena left with Zayn, Selena lent a beautiful mini dress that would have looked great if it wasn't Karina wearing it.
