Gabriel didn't turn. He just growled low and warning but Victoria didn't stop. She ripped a vial from her belt glowing red, not blue and stabbed it into her neck, her body convulsed, then straightened. Stronger, sharper, faster.
She launched herself toward them. From where I lay, barely conscious, I watched them collide Gabriel, Alexander, Victoria. It wasn't a battle anymore, it was war.
