I got to thinking that maybe it wasn’t a lost cause after all. "I guess you've met Jayden," the boy said, coming to a stop just a corridor from where we’d parted ways with the questionable jokester. He stopped just before and extended a hand. It was so unnecessarily formal that I thought he must’ve been playing his own joke but his hand remained there until I gave in and gave it one placid shake. He wasn’t impressed but quickly composed himself with a clear of his throat. "My name's Seth, Seth Robinson and uh . . . don't worry about him. He really was only messing around—a little humour to start the term, that’s all"

But how, when he’d never seen this man before? “Hello Caleb,” greeted Seth, and Caleb was stunned to find out that he knew his name. “Have we met before?” Asked Caleb with a confused look on his face. “Not formally, no. But I knew your father very well. He was a good mate of mine.” “Hello, Seth,” greeted Amber as she gave the stranger a hug. “So nice of you to drop by.” Amber knew Seth from her interactions with Caleb’s family wolfpack and had invited him to assist Caleb with his transitioning.

I watch Mike’s nostrils flare and his gaze turns hungry. “We don’t even know your name,” Mike whispers along my jaw as he peppers it with kisses and little nips. “Corinda Bouchard,” I murmur. Seth pushes my hair aside and sucks on my neck hard, very obviously leaving a hickey behind. “The fire starter, huh? Hot.” Mike snorts. “Literally.” Ignoring his brother, Seth introduces himself. “I’m Seth Howler. And that asshole is my brother, Mike.”

He was as tall as Aaron, so I guessed he should be about 6"3 feets. I scoffed, and wrapped my arms around my chest. "See, cause I needed to work with you, doesn't mean I'll do anything to achieve that. There's no doubt you've come in here to taste my body. Dude, go to your harlots!" "Excuse me?" He took a step close, scrunched his nose as if he was irritated. "Do you know who you're speaking with? I'm Seth, the man with so many principles. And, for your info, you're not even close to being my type."

You don't need anyone to point out that they had a father and son relationship. He was one of Sir Gabriel's enemies but didn't measure to him based on strength, the only reason why he was still alive or why his pack still existed was because of the presence of Sebastian. The last time I overheard Sir Gabriel and his pack discussing him, I learnt that his name was Seth. I didn't like the way he had stared at me, he had intensely sized me from head to toe like a peasant but I dared not say anything.

As his hazel eyes meet mine, I realize where I’ve seen him…or rather a younger version of him. It’s my turn to bow my head. “Your son is the missing rogue, isn’t he?” I ask. Bethany’s mate shoots her a warning look. She clears her throat. “Yes, Alpha Isabella. His name was…” Her voice cracks. My eyes dart toward hers. Tears reach the brim of her lower eyelids. “Seth,” she finishes. “His name was Seth.” I nod. The younger male raises an eyebrow and speaks. “How did you know about my brother, Alpha.”

CIARAN Seth was a demon. He made malicious deals with humans. All his life, he had spent killing mortals, creatures and myths. He never committed himself to one person completely. If he had needs he would just met them and be done. Life was this simple and normal for him. He had long ago climbed a high status in the underworld and was already one of the strongest seven. Seth had no intention of eavesdropping. No scratch that. Seth had full intention to eavesdrop.

Seth is shaking hands with Andreas while others are sitting on Seth's bed. "Nice to meet you Seth, my name is Andreas Valerius Hunt." Seth's eyes widen in surprise and Andreas laughs. "I get to finally see your eyes!" Andreas stops, Seth's eyes are the same color as his. "Now that's interesting?" "My full name is Seth Alpheus Hunt. I wonder..." Andreas chuckles to himself, letting go of Seth's hand. "It's probably just chance. Lots of people meet across the world and lots of them have similar last names."

“Trying to be what my parents wanted. I don’t know if I can… but I want to try.” “Then let’s do it.” Heth, always the quiet one—the shy spirit within Seth—preferred silence. But he knew a storm was coming. And Seth was going to need him. “Charlene said she called for ReNew,” Seth recalled. “Why don’t you try that?” Seth took a deep breath. “Come forth… HETH!” With a burst of blinding light, Heth appeared. The flashbang left an echo in the room. “That was awesome!” Seth said, stunned. “Are you okay?”

I need to avenge his death, I won't rest until I have Uriel's head rolling down at my feet. “You should have died in his place, all he did was to be loyal to you, Jayden, you don't deserve to be called his friend”, Seth yelled, letting out a loud wolf cry that rang through the forest. He and Phil were cousins and more like brothers. Phil, Conan, and Seth had grown up together and done everything together all their life.
