She’s convinced that she will be mated to one of the noble houses in the realm. The realm has six noble houses. The Shadow Mountain pack lives in the shadows of the great mountain . They earn their wealth from mining and quarries. They occupy the most northern area of the kingdom. I have never met anyone from that pack, as they mostly stay within their own territory. The Crescent Moon Pack occupies the forest, just south of the mountain. They harvest timber, fish, and large game. They trade in furs and natural medicines. It is said there is a spring on the alpha Estate that is ancient and has powerful magic. I don’t know what’s truth or tall tale.

“The moon lady says to be careful.” You crouch, brushing her hair back. “We will, baby.” Silas looks up at Ryland, his golden eyes curious. “Daddy, will you protect us?” Ryland’s breath hitches. “Always.” You stiffen. “Don’t make promises you can’t keep.” He meets your gaze, his eyes raw. “I’m not.” --- The Shadow Pack’s borders are marked by jagged stones and the stench of rot. From there, it’s about a six and a half hour drive to Crescent Shadow territory.” I nod my head. Ice sees my face and turns to them. “Can we go now?” She asks. “Of course,” Gray nods his head. “Get some sleep. Tomorrow will be a long day, you’ll need your rest.”

Cade says. "Typical. He sounds like a fucking pussy." I say. We climb down the fire escape and Tyler sends text messages to everyone to let them know where the nest is. We meet everyone outside of the loading dock and point to the warehouse. "We can attack during the day. The vampires are all huddled against one wall to avoid the sunlight. That we can handle. But the shadow witch was in there and there's also a cage of humans. I'm not killing any humans. We have to get them out first." I explained.
