She picked up the books and inspected it. "You will read them Rose enough of your thriller and horror genres..." Damian ordered her. She looked at the books with wide eyes when she realised all of them were erotica and bdsm books... Damian chuckled at her reaction. "If you are like this after just looking at it then how will you react when we will try this..." He smirked evilly making her heart thump rapidly. Damian slid down beside her resting his head on his arm while she was leaning against the bedpost trying to read the books.

“Why is it so dark? Please, turn on the lights, Anth.” I hesitated before pressing the soft buttons of the light switch and then the room brightened up. I heard her gasp first before my eyes took in the rose petals and unlit candles on the floor and on various pieces of furniture in the living room. My eyes scanned the room and spotted more rose petals, even the ones leading to the bedroom. Decide the characters fate yourself.” I wink and he sighs. I watch as he opens the book ‘Tainted heat’ By Billiejo Priestley, and begins to read. It’s almost low level smut. I didn’t want to give him something where it goes too indepth, I can save that for next time.

Not close enough to invade his space, but enough that he had to tilt his head slightly to keep looking at me. This close, I noticed things I hadn’t before. The silver flecks hiding inside his gray eyes. The faint flush on his cheeks from the whiskey. The way his breathing wasn’t nearly as steady as he probably wanted me to believe. His cologne lingered between us. Clean, subtle, comforting. He smelled… inviting. “What are you doing?” he asked. I glanced down briefly. At his lips. They were slightly parted and they looked soft. I smirked. “What do you think I’m doing?”

I thought about the way this stranger has made me feel and it made a small flicker of smile touched my lips. Maybe Lee was right. Maybe our sex was boring. Because when Lee made love, this stranger fucked instead. For me, there was a difference between the two of them.

I feel my whole body relax like it only does when she's close. "You don't need to be embarrassed about reading dirty books. I've been doing it for years." she says and my head pops up and I stare at her to determine how serious she is. But I don't sense even hint of joking. How interesting. "Really? What kind of books do you like?" I ask and watch with fascination as an adorable blush creeps up her face. "Um... mostly small town romance. Single dad, friends to lovers, next door neighbors, things like that." she says a little shyly making me chuckle.

I had created an account with a different user name. I had a few notifications from the app, so I opened it. I read the book, she had been reading that day. It was very nice and captivating. I finished it over the night. I liked the way the author had penned down the book. I looked for the other works by the same author. There was another book which was not very long, I finished it within two hours. Her writing style was good. I liked the way she described the love scenes with a subtle sensuality. Romantic... Very romantic. Sensuous, steamy, witty and crisp. I commented what I felt and was surprised to see that she answered back politely.

I walked over to the children's books area, I was thankful no one was around as I sat down in a beanbag after grabbing a few books to read. "Ella, stop slouching around and get to work" my manager yells at me, there was no one in the shop while I was sitting around here. I looked up to see a woman standing next to the register, I huffed angrily and put the book away before walking over to the nice looking lady. "Hi ma'am, how may I help you?" "Hello, I'm here for the new werewolf story" she says looking at me, I tried my best to hide under my own overgrown bangs.

I said, walking carefully around the room, studying her. The book she held in her hand looked like a romance that my mother read when I was small. She didn't move when my shadow fell over her, but jumped up when I snagged the book from her grasp. "Hey!" she shouted, jumping to reach it above my head. I turned my back toward her, and smiled at the page. "Reading smut, just as I thought," I said, lowering it so she could cradle it to her chest. "It's not smut. It's romance," she said, closing the book. "Not that I expect you to understand romance."
